Ohh interesting! I love both of those things too but it just never clicked with me  I might have to try again at some point! 
Old Man and the Sea was the first Hemingway book I read and a good starting point! He and Melville are almost polar opposite writers (I'm sure there's a quote from Hemingway about how he prefers to write with less words), so it must be a real trip reading one after the other 

I've just finished reading The Song of Achilles. Rated it 3/5.

I understand why other people would love it, but there were issues I couldn't overlook, hence the 3/5. I will read some of Madeline Miller's other works though.

All I can say is good luck with Moby Dick if you're finding it takes you ages to finish The Sun Also Rises. Moby Dick is the only book I never finished, it's so long and descriptive and ... I won't say any more

Finishing The Sun Also Rises - I like it but it's taking me ages to read, when usually I'll read a book in less than a week.
After that I'll read Moby Dick. I love American literature  gotta practice those English reading skills

I've been wanting Lana to do a Jeff Buckley cover for years, this is so exciting  I'm also super excited about so many of the other artists too. I think she's definitely gonna do Dream Brother because she's mentioned that song so much over the years, but I would also love to see her take on his version of Lilac Wine since she also loves Nina Simone

This is incredible. One of my musical dreams is for her to cover 'Lover You Should've Come Over', and I guess this is kinda the nearest we've gotten to that <3
