Oh. My. God. Marijuana is not some addiction free drug, I know dozens of people who are addicted to it, though, they'll never admit to it because addicts never want to admit it. Seriously, if it's not addictive, then why are there pot heads? Why are there people who feel the needs to constantly smoke it? Why do people get suddenly the urge to be high? Smokers & drinkers all feel the same urges as weed smokers do. It's more of a mental addiction than physical, but it's still an addiction. You can't just deny the facts because you enjoy doing it. While high, you can experience a distorted sense of time, paranoia, anxiety & depression, the same as with every other drug on this damn planet. Withdrawing can cause panic attacks, depression, anxiety & aggression, again, same as with every other drug on this damn planet. I can tell you from experience with my own withdraws that it's a hell out of a lot easier to deal with a physical addiction than mental. You can distract yourself from the shakes & shit you get from quitting other drugs, you can't get away from the voice in your head that tell you you need to get high.

why are you even in this thread? do you know that you can get addicted to virtually anything in this world? (shopping, eating, etc.) at least with pot if you stop you don't go through horrible withdrawal symptoms. get off your high horse.

My general point: Marijuana doesn't make you a criminal or someone who hangs out in the drug scene. If you have an addictive personality, then yes you will be addicted as some people have food addictions, gambling addictions, etc. It's an alternative to alcohol. If vaporized, it is not in anyway harmful to your lungs. It CAN be used as a positive to creativity such as writing, singing, drawing, painting, etc. It is just as harmful to the body as is alcohol, a legal beverage. If you are to consider it a drug, be my guest, have fun thinking of it that way, whatever floats your boat, but please do not assume ever user is addicted or someone who tends to hang out in the "drug scene".

Weed is just as much of a drug as alcohol tbh There's over 100,000 deaths a year from Alcohol abuse, name one death from weed. Also weed is a natural plant where as Alcohol is a poison that shuts down different parts of the body creating the numb feeling of drunk.

And not everyone smokes it. I for one vaporize it so my lungs are not harmed. Alcohol harms your liver EVERY time.

I don't wanna be a party pooper or anything, but I really don't get why my posts get labelled as inappropriate or pornographic and get constantly removed or deleted and threads like this have a right to exist. My posts are not even supporting illegal stuff or include hardcore pornography or full frontal nudity.
