If I recall correctly, those songs are from the same session, (July 2017) so that's probably why

the version of the manifesto i have seen covers the general concept of the album and campaign and is 9 pages long with general marketing ideas. i do know there are more complete versions with initial music video concepts for vroom vroom and girls night out, the original lead single etc
