gogo yubari 1,124 Posted June 1, 2017 In all honesty I did not expect the album to be so good. The only thing I didn't like was Quavo's verse in Lies. 2 Quote redline

Ultra Violet 18,991 Posted June 1, 2017 So far I think my favourites are Bad at Love, Walls Could Talk and Devil In Me. But including singles it's just Walls Could Talk, Eyes Closed and Now or Never Has anyone got any ideas for where the story goes along with the tracklist?

GodBlessMe 2,141 Posted June 1, 2017 Can someone PM me the album? Wasn't really a fan of Badlands, but I'm curious about this one. 0 Quote I AM MY ONLY GOD

Icecream Icequeen 4,831 Posted June 1, 2017 I like Sorry, Alone, Heaven in Hiding, Walls Could Talk and Devil in Me. The others are quite bad in my opinion
kitschesque 9,882 Posted June 1, 2017 Has anyone got any ideas for where the story goes along with the tracklist? That's the messy part. Speaking in terms of Luna's story and her relationship with Solis the tracklist is just messy and from what I've heard the deluxe version was supposed to be in chronological order of the story's events. What we know so far is that: - Luna and Solis met at the masquerade ball and "Alone" and "Heaven in Hiding" are setting up the event itself, - HIH and Alone are also the two perspectives of the same event (perspectives of Luna and Solis ofc), - "Strangers" is apparently about how they met (but then she talked about Lauren having a third party character and she has a name and some small role so I don't know??), and the song itself is about a fling between Ashley and someone else other than Lido. What also is important is that Halsey says she's singing as Solis and Lauren is singing as Luna, - Devil in Me is about finding peace with yourself after a breakup while "devil" refers to the real raw moments that Lido allegedly despised in Halsey She said it all here:

kitschesque 9,882 Posted June 1, 2017 Angel on Fire sounds like a Flyleaf song if you were emo once you know what I'm talking about Also caught myself humming Hopeless. The album has done its job then I'm satisfied
kitschesque 9,882 Posted June 1, 2017 THIS ALBUM IS HONESTLY SO GOOD SOMEONE HOLD ME The only thing I'm not satisfied with is Lie being bad & 100 letters chorus kind of ruining the mood built in the verses but yeah it's still great
collin 607 Posted June 1, 2017 overall the album is all over the place in my opinion both production wise and the "story" she's telling, once again Halsey is trying for a CRAZY complex storyline that once again doesn't come through. Greg Kurstin's tracks are the best on the record but it's so disjointed, much more so than Badlands.

You'll definitely like Bad At Love it's very Badlands in a way Sorry is more of a Room 93 type of song I feel
FrankNotOcean 1,146 Posted June 1, 2017 Well, it's been on repeat since last night and it really is good as an album but I also don't see the storyline of Luna and Silos (or whatever)... Not that I really care about it but still 2 Quote First we feel; then we fall.
