Don’t you have to constantly maintain fillers? IDK anything about plastic surgery, but I would imagine her skin is “stretched” and looks saggy without it? Yes, once you get filler enough times you must keep up with them or you will have sagging skin. This is for lip filler too. But it takes awhile to permanently stretch out the skin. Fillers last in the body for up to 2 years (depending on the type) but by about 6 months alot of it is gone.
