  1. x100000000000 it's honestly incredible how easily she can write a hit song & how often she DOES exactly that we don't deserve her
  2. LITERALLY EVERYTHING SOUNDS SO AMAZING THIS WILL BE HER BEST ALBUM
  3. Charli may not have written Boys, but it's still a great song. Keep in mind that she didn't write Secret (Shh) either & it's one of her best.
  4. it's fvcking adorable!!!! y'all should be grateful because this is years better than ATAP.. & it gives me way more hope for XCX3 than i had before. she may not have written this song, but it still sounds like it could've been on N1A honestly. i'm hype to buy it Friday!! let's at least hope it's successful so we can get the album sooner than later.
  5. i swear to god this thread has become either "leak mow that lawn" or "omg this unleaked charli song is so good guys"
  6. I meant of all her title tracks, LFL is the most repetitive! It at least feels that way to me.. I won't even try to count how many times they sing "take off take off take off all your clothes."
  7. I think you sent it to me before, actually - the best we have is just a vinyl rip right?
  8. It's not a bad body of work, but I do think LFL is my least favorite Lana album.. at least aesthetically??? Sonically?? Thematically? Idk, I can't help but cringe at Coachella & immediately skip it every time it plays. The title track is probably the most repetitive one she's made yet, & Abel adds little-to-nothing in my opinion.. 13 Beaches is cute & a solid song, but it kinda reminds me of Honeymoon (album) y'know? WTWWAWWKD is pretty meh as well. & As much as I love a good ballad, Heroin is the only song of the final 3 that really grabbed my attention. Change bored me & I don't like the way she shouts "INTO THE BLUUEEEEEE" extremely loud in the mix of Get Free. I've always loved OG hip-hop Lana & folk Lana even more, but it's just a weird combination overall on LFL and I think it could've been done with just a little more polish? I'm sure I'll get dragged since my favorites always seem to be considered the worst of each album but so far; White Mustang Groupie Love Summer Bummer God Bless America Beautiful People, Beautiful Problems
  9. I'm honestly still seething over One Time never being released HQ anywhere.
  10. in a sea of 5+ minute long tracks, listening to a Lana song under 3 minutes is kind of nice IMO one of the things i like about white mustang is how it's short because i keep finding myself replaying it i think it flows really well melodically. the immediate transition from 1st chorus to 2nd verse is so smooth the song has a nice rhythm & doesn't drag on too long also, despite being under 3 minutes - white mustang does have a beginning, middle, & end
  11. oh my god i need every. single. outtake. from that photoshoot
  12. AKA remains unbothered, followed closely by UV & then HM
  13. I don't understand why a grammatically correct & thought-out post gets such rude + stupid responses??? Did we forget the purpose of a forum??
  14. Lust for Life is her worst album.
  15. Hotel wasn't really a good season, but it was soooo entertaining. Very aesthetically pleasing too I'll admit. I think once you accept & enjoy how ridiculously over-the-top it's supposed to be, you'll have fun with Hotel. Cult.... I'll get around to it eventually. Ryan, though....................... like. Ryan. Why???? Nobody likes Lena Dumbham. She's gross. Hopefully she gets killed in the first episode. YES. She deserved all the awards for her portrayal of the maid in Murder House... she had me crying on that Halloween episode. Now I just need Lily Rabe to return with a new, important role! Her & Frances have always been my favorite cast members.
  16. Coachella is just so awful i'm still mad it's included over Yosemite or Roses Bloom etc...
  17. Posts denying Woman as anything less than magnificent are being treated as spam. Sorry guys I don't make the rules ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  18. Even through Dr. Puke pushing the messy slut pop girl image on Kesha, she always had something so special and recognizable about her & her voice.. I really cannot wait for Rainbow. I know she won't disappoint after all these years. I still remember when I bought Animal from Best Buy in fuckin' 2010 with VERY low expectations & just being so surprised with how fun & relatable her lyrics were. Warrior was great too.. not as much as Animal or Cannibal, but it was still a pretty damn solid album considering all the bullshit Luke was giving her over it. I still wonder what Out Alive would've sounded like with the more ballad-y treatment she wanted, but it's suchhh a banger & remains one of my fav Kesha songs.
