i've never been a big meghan fan but i did enjoy title when that came out (but in my defense that was in my local era) and i've listened to a few songs from thank you & treat myself and i also enjoy them but nothing really wowed me
-
the album is definitely hit & miss on the first listen surprised that i like the non-r&b songs better especially since i love the rest of her discography faves at the moment: kill bill, blind, notice me, gone girl, ghost in the machine, f2f, nobody gets me (and good days but that is already a certified classique)
-
halfway through and F2F is great didn't know i needed to hear sza do pop rock loving this mini pop rock renaissance from some of the lesser appreciated pop girls
-
just starting listening to it - kill bill is very relatable nn die bitch!

i love the target / hmv one a lot (dark pink) but the green (indie stores) & white (lana store) seems like the general favorite -

being a dick to @Motherdelreyy body language by kylie minogue, about a week ago when was the last time you ate vegetables?

i think she enjoys making music on her terms but isn't something she wants to do all the time - and she probably hates the industry with a burning passion
-
i can still see her releasing music but in the sporadic fashion she's been doing and i can also see it as a potential opportunity for fans to create "their own content" if you get what i'm saying (leaks)
-
kind of love this idea though cross you out / white mercedes can be released as a cute droplet single to accompany it
-
raise me up is a ten but it's actually a 10¹⁰⁰⁰⁰⁰⁰⁰⁰⁰⁰

i miss neonpunch - they deserved better hate that nugu groups that don't immediately take off especially from smaller companies are dissolved
-
kinda love how you can tell what era it is based on her hair: - true romance: very messy with the occasional purple hair extensions - sucker: loose curls - vroom vroom / xcx world / n1a: straight & long - pop 2 / droplet: undyed bob, kinda messy - self-titled: dip-dyed bob, slightly cleaner cut - HIFN: medium-length, almost always unstyled & tied back - crash: big & poofy

i think we are and they're just gonna announce it later there's a chance UO is just going to release one of the existing variants which is possible (and it has happened a couple times before) but i think it's unlikely -
honestly i feel like k-pop has been on a fairly steady decline - less that the music has gotten worse but more because companies are just not managing the groups very well whether they're not getting paid, misorganizing their group activities or in worst case scenarios mistreating them and even the groups that generally look stable have a very legitimate possibility of crumbling within the next few years - nmixx is already collapsing after 2 releases vs twice & itzy in the same company lasting longer (although itzy is starting to show signs of crumbling as well) the only groups/people that i see continuing to release fairly steadily are 3rd gen and before - taeyeon, boa & iu are going strong, some older groups are coming back (snsd, kara, exid) even if it's for anniversary releases, red velvet & twice are looking fairly stable, and blackpink have always been mismanaged so seeing them not get worse is reassuring still though it's not looking great and compared to previous years 2021 & 2022 have been relatively dry in terms of groups i've started to follow
