I’ve played a lot of Tomb Raider games and I can confidently say I find Rise to be one of the worst games in the franchise- it’s combat was actually worse than the 2013 game(kill attacks were lost etc) and it killed a lot of momentum from the previous game as she didn’t become the “Tomb Raider” as promised. Shadow was better for me as it had more emphasis on better location design and puzzling. my top 4 ranking: Tomb Raider(2013)- don’t hate because this game is great as an origin story to me although it lacks in the supernatural. Hated that they destroyed this games origin by reviving the mommy/daddy crap with its sequel. game play is the best in the franchise although it needed more tomb raiding lmao. Tomb Raider Legend- Good variety of locations, Good tomb raiding- fun combat but limited. Tomb Raider Underworld- A bit limited but good continuation to legend. Tomb Raider Chronicles- part of the classics but the easiest one and I liked the idea of individual stories. Haven’t played 1-3 in depth enough to give an opinion as of yet- need to get the remastered

I understand your take but I vastly disagree- this is a vocal style that dates back to super ultra falsetto and it still sounded like her post 17 voice mostly which isn’t my favourite vocal era but hey.

Not that we are all need to see women at the same level but when Britney and Madonna were at the top- the women were following and taking inspiration but that’s just not happening with Taylor in pop- she’s taking inspo from other women which shouldn’t be the case when she’s now the ringleader as of 2022-24

I think this is all being blown out of proportion- Courtney has always been a rude, blatant person- I doubt she puts too much stock in what Courtney says. I would assume she meant musically she doesn’t like some of the later Lana stuff that has been shown for her new country direction. Taylor isn’t important musically considering her fame status- she hasn’t influenced any big sonic changes, hasn’t had any big artists who were majorly influenced and delivered amazing records.

I always like her styling in soft and warm colours though-even during UV her hair still had red tinges even brunette. Anything Golden tinged with or light with open necklines really makes her shine like the white ruffle top she wore with shorts singing cola.

It’s not just the mic- Lana has shown many times she’s 10x more vocally accomplished than someone like Billie but’s inconsistent as hell. This is likely due to poor practice and smoking- you can’t blame the mic for everything when there’s dozens of musicians who have mic issues and still sound good- an in ear issue could be the case in which case she should fire and rehire and a new technician
