I really love "High by The Beach" which was a late addition to the Honeymoon album because Interscope demanded something more "upbeat" – so it CAN work out.

No, some magazines mentioned that date but afaik it was never confirmed by her or her management. So probably no new Lana album in march.

At this point we know almost nothing about NFR tbh. No release date, no definitive tracklist, no cover... We all just hope it will be released sometime this year, preferrably in the first half of 2019.

The trailer has some kind of Lana flair to it (maybe the piano chords?). I like it!

Definitely, but the past 100+ pages on this thread have been mostly negativity in different shades and flavors which makes it a bit boring (for me).

Sometimes it's really hard to remember if this is a board for Lana lovers or Lana haters...

One of my all time favourite bands. (as you can tell from my user name ) Lana sometimes has slight doses of shoegaze in her live shows, f.ex. in Cola or her live version of Honeymoon at BBC:

Okay, "Baby" is included ... that leaves room for a max of 15 good songs on the album since I really can't stand the CB-track ...

I've been listening to Handmade Heaven on repeat since it came out - it really grew on me and I simply love it now. The harmonies are just perfect, the entire song is SO Marina (&tdD).

I really struggled for several years to get into Electra Heart - since it has some of (imho) Marina's best (Bubblegum Bitch, Teen Idle, Sex Yeah, Valley of the Dolls) and some of her worst (Primadonna, Heartbreaker...) songs on it which makes the album as a whole a bit of a rollercoaster experience for me (and not in a good way). But nowadays I enjoy the album, I just skip the 3 songs I hate and the rest is (more or less) great. (And, yes, my favourite album of hers remains TFJ. But I couldn't stand it at first too ) I like Savages as well btw. Yeah, the lyrics might be somewhat shallow but I don't really care.

It would be simply terrible if this church crap would start to influence her music/lyrics/themes. I'm not sure if I could stand it...

I definitely don't like that at all. Of course she can do whatever she wants, it's her life, but going to a church like this just makes her look ignorant or thoughtless.

I don't know if someone already mentioned this but I don't like that videos in the status update bar are embedded in HUGE format so they break the layout to the right (you need to scroll horizontally). It would have a nicer look and feel if the videos have a maximum width which doesn't exceed the right border of the site. Other than that I like the forum - I never was a huge fan of Lana's picture that is on top of the forum but that's just my personal taste. And yes, on mobile the site doesn't look pretty. I think an App would be awesome but at least a mobile website version that has more features. (Like this one for a german football team – the site isn't that fancy so I definitely don't mean this to be some kind of design inspiration , but the mobile version is quite clean and functional: https://www.holstein-stoerche-forum.de )
