More Radio friendly does not mean pop though... the snippet reminds me of early btd and paradise Lana but not in a part II kind of way. The way she sings reminds me of damn you the sound of it is rather cinematic (btd/paradise) than 'pop' though. VG and SS aren't pure pop songs yet they were radio friendly enough to become hits so can we stop with the meltdowns whenever someone wants smth more pop or radio friendly since I'm sure they mean it in a Lana way and not in a kesha way.

some of these descriptions of yail being radio friendly are a tad bit worrying to me for reasons i cant put my finger on... maybe its cause we had uv then hm and they werent pop at all so we expected her not to go in the radio friendly direction again ...?

People should stop quoting  @@Flipflopfan. I think I figured out who he is. He is always so mad about anything Lana, plus ATRL gives him a hard time.

For me the true issue with the Honeymoon cover is that despite the fact it represents EXACTLY the colours I see the album in, the font and the composition were absolutely not adapted to the music, it's a very personal record and Lana is way too far away, especially compared to the others. It's a beautiful photography, it's not even at all that it isn't adapted to Honeymoon, it's just not adapted to be the cover in particular. What strikes me the most is that Lana isn't looking at us, when she was in all the others, and it's reinforced by the fact that she's wearing big ass shades. I think it would have been an amazing back cover for example. And the font is cool in itself, but compared to the music, it makes the music sound tacky. And the source of the light is a bit difficult to understand but that's a detail

how can you simultaneously say that the only thing that matters is the lyrics and say that the snippet sucks. The only lyrics are the ones we already know!
 
Honestly there's a difference between having a different opinion and coming on here to bash her and her music I honestly don't understand you and what motivates you. You can say what you want but it won't make you any better.
