Maybe Lana still doesn't like Gaga that much, but I am sure she respects her for what she has become in the music industry, specially since they're coming from very similar points.

I love most of the songs nearly equally but I think that if I had to pick one, it would be "Ride."

"Blue Velvet" is my least favorite, and then it has to be "Bel Air." It's not that I don't like them, but I can't even compare how better I like the rest of the songs.

I think I like Lana Del Ray nearly as much as Born to Die, and "This Is What Makes Us Girls" is one of the best tracks on the album.

"Go Go Dancer" and "Velvet Crowbar" are some that I can think of.

"Kinda Outta Luck" or "Hollywood's Dead"?

Mine is a bit unorganized at the moment but I plan on posting it here as soon as I have it ready! I love seeing how people organize their collections too, it's fun.

She was eliminated, apparently. I think it's phase two now. Oh, well.

Coincidently there is a Billboard Magazine with Adele on the cover that has a Lana article too, it got me confused. Thank you for sharing the interview!

Are we able to vote? Taylor was so successful with her last album and singles, I wish Lana takes this award anyway!

The feeling of opening one of the albums by your favorite artists for the first time and having the CD is just so good. For other artists, I just really love going to the iTunes Store and getting their songs legally. It's so much more practical to pay for them, I can't be bothered anymore to keep looking for links to get music illegally.

I don't think it would drop that soon. But it'd be awesome if it did, actually!

Japanese editions of albums always have an extra booklet which is plain white and that only contains the lyrics. I think including lyrics in the booklets is a label thing, unless it's a big coincidence that some artists from the same label have lyrics in their booklets while others don't.

I like Kreayshawn, and she's very sweet and down-to-Earth. I say that because a close friend of mine has met her in the past. I don't get all the hate she gets at all. It makes me sad that her album didn't do well (not that I was expecting it to), because I do like it more than I thought I would.

I really miss them! I hope they come up with another album as cool as the first album, but I assume that might not be happening anytime soon, so I just listen to the debut every once in a while to remember them.

But wouldn't the lyrics fit the booklet if the designers wanted them to since they are the ones that do all of the art to it?

I love Sky to death. Been her fan for nearly three years! I still remember the day I listened to "17" and fell in love. I have everything by her and tried collecting as many CDs as possible. I'm sure her debut album will be one of my favorite albums ever. I do have a physical copy of it!

Marina is in the same label, but I don't have her album, so I don't know... I think Atlantic Records booklets probably have lyrics, though. It will be so good if they do. And please let's pray Charli's album cover is as good as "You're the One."

Exactly! Yes, having lyrics in the booklets is a label problem, I guess... both Ke$ha and Britney are RCA artists and they don't have lyrics, while Lana and Gaga are Interscope and they have them. Having lyrics in the booklet is so much better than pictures... By the way, I guess we're going slightly off-topic.
