  1. I'm going to e-mail HMV customer service maybe next month and check if they have COCC in stock. They've responded twice before in the past but idk if the circumstances will be different and there is a delay with the reply due to covid but who knows
  2. Yeah..I've been going over it in my head and I agree (my bad). I was just a bit confused but realise my mistake
  3. I checked ASCAP and there's two songs on there which we know of, Morricone and one titled Live Forever Golden Grill (also known as just Golden Grill), but I swear I've never come across these on the site before? Weird. There's also another called Piano Theme (?) never heard of that one on it's own...
  4. Also I just want to point out that the name Maria isn't exclusive to the hispanic community, it's popular in places like the Netherlands, Italy, South Africa etc for hundreds of years
  5. Meanwhile she has the name Maria Estela picked out for her future daughter --- So I've been wondering (and this isn't to sound ignorant, just a genuine curiosity), let's say Lana married a Spanish man and took his Spanish last name, would that not be considered cultural appropriation?
  6. Actual REALISTIC collabs: Father John Misty Cat Power Joan Baez Cigarettes After Sex The Neighbourhood (or with just Jesse) Adam Cohen Tamino Billie Marten Alexandra Savior Katie Jane Garside Flower Face Ghostly Kisses Fenne Lily Nine Inch Nails I don't think Lana would want to work with Billie after the whole Grammy snub thing (ya'll know how petty she can be), and as for Melanie...why? I mean her music is cute at best but I can't imagine she would have much to offer when collabing with Lanz
  7. Lana's unreleased music is actually more better than her released content because she obviously had more artistic control over the lyrics and the music which didn't make the cut for lots of reasons (one of which mostly likely being too 'inappropriate' or 'controversial'). This is what makes her unreleased collection so iconic, because it's raw and unfiltered. That's why some stans (like me) love it so much
  8. She looks like a Trump supporter who's gonna call the cops on black people for having a barbecue
  9. I hope Lana turns off the comments, ya'll know Lana stans are gonna harass her for new songs
  10. I think it's safe to say Lana was named after her great great grandmother, Alice Elizabeth Woolridge. Imagine if her parents dropped the Woolridge (strange choice imo) and just named her Alice Elizabeth. Kinda funny to think about. Lana suits an Alice, like Alice in Wonderland...
  11. You could be related to her, you never know Omg wait maybe with COCC she'll use bagpipes to honour her Scottish roots. Chemtrails Over the Highlands incoming
  12. Thought it would be cool to delve into her ancestry a little bit. I'm surprised to find out she has a family member called Violet (do you think that's why she named her poetry book 'Violet Bent Backwards Over the Grass'?) Anyways, here's a site that has a lot of info on her ancestry/ethnicity but I'll copy-paste here in case some of ya'll can't reach the site: https://ethnicelebs.com/lana-del-rey Birth Name: Elizabeth Woolridge Grant Place of Birth: New York City, New York, U.S. Date of Birth: June 21, 1985 Ethnicity: Scottish, English, some Dutch, Irish, German, and Welsh Lana Del Rey is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, poet, music video director, and model. 13. Just like Lana, I too, have boobies
  14. Lana's piano ballad songs fall flat to me, like there's just no life to them and she also sings in a slurry monotonous voice and I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want REAL drums, some guitar (acoustic or electric), but maybe some Spanish guitar would be AMAZING. I want her to sing about sex, drugs, depressing literature, psychology, new york, older men etc like yeah I know she's GROWN but ughhhhhhh pls Lanz We all know she's gonna sing about flying planes and talking to birds but at least make it sound full of LIFE and ZEST
  15. Don't we typically get the first single 3 months before the album release date? Tomorrow is the last day of June then were in July, which leaves us exactly 2 months and 5 days (exactly 67 days all togther) so I'm definitely expecting something soon...
  16. I just checked those Thai music store sites and nothing so far. I also checked that Dutch one too
