Seriously, people need to stop being so superficial and vain, more when it's about art. People trying to prove that art has only one meaning, and only one truth behind it. Songs aren't "about" a certain something. People need to feel more and try less to possess righteousness.

Yes, finally. May I be subject of my own personal opinion? You can feel it in every bit of this song. This isn't manipulated, or influenced by expectations of a record label or fans. Nor this is the creation of a persona like Electra in the whole album which was theatrical and astute. This is beautiful because it's raw. I didn't feel froot, nor (almost) anything after the family jewels. Songs like Numb are the ones that got me attracted to Marina.

The rip of the whole album managed to get leaked into a forum. Only missing So Over You and Money. SUCKER is the best song in the album, and the only one I think Charli can be felt true when listening to. I think then it's Breaking Up > Doing It > Famous > Gold Coins > Need Your Love > Boom Clap > every other song feels meh to me > London Queen (which is one of the worst things I've ever heard. It should be for a disney show or something)

3-Track EP? What have I missed? I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about the inactivity and the explosive way to put out the new music. In fact, I feel BJ Pt. II is kind of rush-produced.

I'm not complaining that we get new music but this feels kind of rushed.

Little I care about being defined, but what I care is how I feel whatever gets through my senses. There is no hope at all carrying this conversation further. You dismissed Little Boots in terms of interest based in what you believe that commercially flops with no camp or zeitgeist observation whatsoever. You define and categorize artists by one same method. If there's something that pleases my ears no more, I see no harm in stop listening to it. Or if the quality is degraded. I wish more artists "flopped" more frequently in order to have a world that embraces art with bravery instead of safety. If what you desire is for someone to become stagnant in a style, I'll say it again, I pity you. No more, no less. And I am free to reply directly, or indirectly to you or whoever makes an opinion as a statement or the other way around.

Funny though, so many reactions at a video about rape, but 1/3 of Lana's songs (take old version of diet mtn dew) depict some sort of sexual violence (not to say abuse) and everyone was like "this is my jam". I don't find the video appealing in ANY sort of way. And even less since it's out of context and it was uploaded so much time later while Lana's UV was flopping hard. I mean, suddenly we get the news she's recording two songs for a movie, the last interviews talked about how Lana has some strange sickness that hurts her entire body and "No doctor can diagnose properly", and this video? I seriously think that whoever's behind the character they created for Lana should stop because all those tumblr reactions that everyone's scandalizing about are somehow "justified"; That's the "Lana" they've been selling from A.K.A. Tropico was a brief approach, and things are getting more literal and now you're all surprised? But hey, let's keep on listening to songs about "beeing beat up by daddy". EDIT: INB4 anyone says "OMGG!!1111!! U THINK LANA IS NOT REAL, U THINK LANA IS A LIE/MANUFACTURED PRODUCT?''??'?''!00?!2?" yes. I think so.
