Sounds like Lykke Li, El Perro del Mar, Charli XCX and Sky Ferreira blended alltogether in a synthpop blender. Legal name Tove Nilsson, she's from Sweden (best musicians' country ever), she belonged to a group called "Tremblebee". Tales of Us won me over... I've known them prior to Supernature, my fav album was obbs Felt Mountain... With Seventh Tree, they did it again, but none is more chilling and breath-taking as Tales of Us. The album is pure delicacy.

Did you ever wonder what'd happen if you ever blended Lorde with Ellie Goulding? It's a strange thing to think, but the answer is Georgi Kay. Aussie, 20 years old (15th March 1993), her raspy voice hit the mainstream spectrogram with "In My Mind" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RhCa42XiRuw which was later remixed and boomed by Ivan Gough and Feenixpaul... It was SO good, Flo-Rida released a faux-part II to the song that sampled her vocals. She released the In My Mind EP this year, and to everyone's surprise, she's got an album called BackwardsForwards released in 2011... I can't find either to download, though. Discuss!

This aussie has emerged from the seas of underground unnoticed indie music to kill it. Some people say he's a new morrissey, a new gotye... Some others call him the male Lana del Rey.
