The best "merch" I've seen was the postcards they handed out at the Brixton show. A postcard from Hollyweird was so cute and unexpected, something unusual as merch. ♥ If you don't know what I'm talking about: not my pictures I saved one untouched and posted the other one I got as snail mail to myself.

Browsing through Red Bubble and honestly, I'd rather have some cute stuff from there instead. Lana's merch team need to step it up. The windbreaker and jackets are unusual as merch and fun, but so expensive. And the simple white t-shirt is also so expensive for just some embroidery on the cap sleeves.
