  1. the last episode was bittersweet. the ending with Cordelia killing herself was GREAT shock value, but the fact that it sent Mallory back in time in order to kill Michael was too predictable and I wish the plot could have worked around that. An ending of "we have to start the world over now..." would have been very good as well. some things that never happened are kind of sad as well, Madison not coming back from hell yet was one for sure. Those kids meeting at the coffee shop felt so pointless, I don't like how it just went full circle. They could have just said "Oh they're in the Illuminati, thats why they'll be at Outpost 3" instead of giving a backstory as to why they got the privilege of living after the apocalypse.
  2. I FUCKING CHOKED. Change is Coachella level compared to VB.
  3. I remember when i would email Greg (they were very small at the time) about their merch and music and i told him i wanted him to collab with Lana and he said he wants to one day. but ugf yes i feel like they're underappreciated, but then i don't want them to get too much exposure because they're a nice band to keep selfishly hidden. i've always agreed that a collab with lana would be heaven.
  4. Venice Bitch is THAT bitch. i stan it with my soul. i wanna fuck to it, die to it, live to it, get murdered to it. it captures every essence.
  5. Really hoping NFR is 12 or 11 tracks long. Albums with 11 or 12 tracks feel so cohesive and like a story. I feel as if its not OVERWHELMING of emotions, rather a storyline of the artists feelings in a situation. more than 12 tracks feels kind of long and like they just went crazy and recorded songs for no reason to just have on an album. i know that her and jack really took time for the details with NFR. jack is so intricate with his craft as you can tell with melodrama, MASSEDUCTION, and even MAC and VB. as for lanas lyrics, they're strong in this album and the imagery and her inner feelings are in there for sure.
  6. My exact thoughts. This hype builds the song up to a Godly level, but what if its just a song that is in the same vein as TNC? or BPBP? the release or non release really will never affect me because i'm positive that if she wanted us to truly hear it we would have had a snippet right now of the real song and not a teaser of the lyrics at a live event. UNLESS, she feels that the song makes her vulnerable and she realizes that she wants to save that song for when she really reaches that happiness she talks about in yosemite. be patient. BTW, do you prefer the acoustic or the real version of HTD?
  7. i love this picture so much. she's stunning. it captures something special within the theme of NFR and the americana of it.who took the picture?
  8. with Lana being the new face of Gucci i don't see her taking a break on social media or anything till we draw near the album release. i'm sure it's mandatory to stay in the eye of the public to have relevancy and a face in the media.
  9. i agree with this. i feel like she's impulsive and gets excited to share things but then the managment or label or even herself calms it down and decides to push it back rather than release it in an earlier expected time. m
  10. an album produced by Joel Little would be a WOW. that'd be so perfect.
  11. is HTD done being mixed? in the instagram live it seemed as if jack was producing the song with the beats. my assumption is that they only had the piano demo done and now they're in the process of mixing the final version for the album. unless what he was doing on the live was just for fun and the song really is a piano ballad...
  12. Venice Bitch is masterpiece level. every string, every drum, it all flows together perfectly. her words just SPEAK and intertwine with the emotion of the instrumentals so well. it has the right amount of guitars to not feel boring like MAC.
  13. LANA SHOULD COLLAB WITH JOJI. their voices would compliment eachother well on a track like this.
  14. if there's experimentation with electric guitars then can we PLEASE get a song thats similar to Pretty When You Cry. such a well done, powerful song out of her discography.
  15. this album has ththe potential to override UV but these damn snippets. WHY CANT WE GET A TRACKLIST INSTEAD
  16. i agree of how annoying these snippets are. i'm fine with any direction Lana takes because i love her vision and mind and she never fails to dissapoint me personally, that being said if she does have MGK on her album i'm here for it but the thing that irritates me is the constant teasers. they will dry out the whole album eventually. ALSO, 1. we dont know if it's on her album and 2. for all we know this song can add something to NFR as a whole. be open minded with her work guys.
  17. lana collab with melanie? lana collab with marina? lana collab with lil UZI VERT? gurls ya'lls minds REALLY reach at times thinking this will sound good. i understand your preference and your own "taste" but honestly these type of collabs just won't fit together with lana. each of these artist has their own image and style which personally i don't think will mold well with lanas. a good lana collab would consist with the nbhd or beach house i feel like. a band that experiments with guitars.
  18. this fucking HITS MY SOUL. her voice is heaven in that song
  19. what if she saw all the love for Cinnamon and its production with bass and was like "these fans are hungry for the bass! lets give them trap guys! MGK BE ON MY RECORD! THE GAYS WILL LOVE IT!"
  20. i can hear jesse rutherford on NFR but only if the instrumental is in the same vein as in "Wiped out!". not so sure about MGK...
  21. i played Cinnamon in my car to hear how the bass sounds and WOW, i was blown away. i hope it's not like Cherry though with there being a lack of bass in the actual song. i'm HUNGRY for some mad bass again on a Lana track.
  22. no wayyy, my ex got me that cassette and i did not know it was limited
