yes exactly, and this phenomenon was combined with another one: the closer we get to March 10, the more likely it is to leak. which is why it's hard to just stop caring and thinking about something else when it could, in fact, drop at any moment

as a leftist, i find witnessing and falling victim to these power dynamics of getting off on other people's desperation and dangling stuff in front of them just because you happen to have material that is in no way yours to be really hurtful

this is actually sad because having been in that state of actively waiting for more than a week when the album leaks is going to stain my first listen

every day since the 3 tracks leaked i’ve woken up hurriedly and earlier than normally, to see if the tracks had leaked. sometimes in the middle of the night too. i’m not lying when i say there will be no serenity until it leaks

guys on that site there's a "latest" section that has all recent uploads. would anyone like to see if there are songs on there? if they were uploaded recently under another name they must be there

honestly waiting was really fine until we got three songs and twenty thousand snippets but not the whole thing. for the past week it has felt like it could leak any moment which is not great if you want to focus on something else. and it still does; the more time passes by, the closer we get to march 10, and to things potentially leaking. it's going to leak either way but it would soothe a lot of us if it did as soon as possible. that being said, i understand why people won't do it, and there is still the ethical dimension, but objectively, it's hard to just wait when someone leaked part of the album, and it would've been easier if they hadn't
