I don't have any recent selfies on my new laptop so I just used an old FB profile pic and... what the actual fuck, I've never been this insulted in my life! I don't know whether I should laugh or cry lol

except that so far there hasn't been anything to be bopping and shaking ass to -
How I feel about her mess of a career these days tbh, she could've been one of the greatest but she blew it up!

Out of 16 tracks there's pretty much only a handful that I can actually imagine myself listening to and they are (in tracklist order)... Handmade Heaven Enjoy Your Life True Life Is Strange Emotional Machine I don't care for the rest. I admit that I've only given the Fear tracks only one listen so far but they were underwhelming to say the least and I'm unimpressed, even though my hopes were already low because of Love. Marina, girl, I love you but this time you won't get my coins. I'm sorry and that's that, moving on.

Well, whether people like it or not, the rumours continue...

This didn't bother me until I noticed that it looks like she has a unibrow on Last.fm

It belongs in the trash bin, or if not there, her SoundCloud account with download enabled or Spotify because ain't no one buying it no more. They had their chance months ago when the hype was real but they screwed it all up since they clearly rushed with MAC and VB. No way does it deserve a proper physical release at this point, maybe a limited vinyl and CD only available on her official site for the hardcore fans but that's about it. If the record does end up being released one day, I'm just going to pretend like it's just something she needed to get out of her system before making her proper big comeback with actual visuals, a sound that doesn't age like milk and this pretentious Instagram girl gang gone. Also if you want to belong to a cult, find one that's not exclusively for boujee people, use it for profitable advantage and drop a grunge record inspired by it. These piano ballads ain't it. "Smiling for miles in pink dresses and high heels on white yachts but I'm not, baby, I'm not that." Well she's right about this, I'll give her that because the character they made up in order for her to become successful sure is gone and instead of an iconic rock artist, she turned into an Instagram baddie wannabe. god i love wendy these days -
If Ricky Martin was featured instead of Maluma I'd be bopping hard because he my future baby papi but this is just... mmh Let me put Living for Love on instead

Having a hard time thinking which cover I'm going to use because they're all quite ugly. Also the track is a no for me, based on the preview on Play Store.

Oh lord have mercy he was on fire at Coachella, like he killed it I was so close to crying in the beginning while watching the gorgeous live stream, I've grown to love this man so much within the last year and it hurts that Donald's about to say goodbye to his Childish Gambino alias once he's dropped the final record so I won't be able to see him for my own eyes. Awaken, My Love! isn't my favorite record from him so I was a bit bored during some songs but overall it was a fantastic set, he's so damn talented (also I finally ordered the AML CD from Amazon). I'm downloading the show as I'm typing this and blasting the shit out of the live rips of the new tracks Where's that damn album Bino??? Also Guava Island is on Amazon, it's currently free to watch but after today it'll only be available for Prime members. I thought it was cute and in my opinion the first half was probably better but it's very Donald so to speak.

Me watching people coming for Visions, I will not tolerate this kind of behaviour on a Friday night

Omg finally God damn at that ass! I like it but I'm not really feeling the suburbs setting and yeah the G-Eazy POV scene made me a bit uncomfortable. I can totally get why she scrapped it "because she's a mom now" but she should've thought about that before shooting all of this. What we ended up getting instead is still and hopefully will always remain her worst video by far.

She will always have a special place in my heart, even though I've been anything but supportive during this mess of an era. She had such a huge impact on me 2012-2014, at the moment I feel like her best days are definitely over and I can't see her achieving that anymore unless she really gets herself together. For me her recent material has been so uninspiring, not to mention her lackluster performances during these last couple of years. I first saw her in 2013 and then again in 2017, I don't think she will be visiting Finland again very soon (if ever), but since she keeps playing pretty much the same setlist every single year, I don't see myself paying nearly 100€ to hear the same songs all over again. I also haven't listened to her music that much after I got bored of LFL shortly after its release, as I've been discovering a lot new music and other artists to listen to that keep me busy. My taste in music shifts every now and then so that's also why I'm not that much into her these days. The reason I'm still around here is that I'm not active on other forums at all and I've spent so much time here that checking the site daily is very much of a routine for me.

Bino will be performing at Coachella Friday next week and apparently Guava Island will drop after his performance/on Saturday night, according to a Spotify ad! Little is known about it so far, except that its trailer debuted at his PHAROS show back in November and stars himself along with Rihanna, Letitia Wright and Nonso Anozie. It's directed by his close collaborator Hiro Murai, who has directed many of the episodes of Atlanta and his other music videos like This Is America. Cinematographer Christian Sprenger who has also collaborated on Atlanta has listed Guava Island as a visual album on his resume, and someone from Spotify's support described it as Bino and Rihanna's collaborative film when a Reddit user sent them a message and asked about it. The Spotify ad has Bino singing over an acoustic guitar, announcing "I'll see you at the show" in the end. His tour director has said that the audience can expect a whole new production at the upcoming festivals, different from This Is America Tour. Since not much has been revealed, I'm dying to find out what's going on. If it really is a visual album, is it a different project from what's supposed to be his last record (as Childish Gambino)? Is Rihanna just in the film or has she collaborated on the album as well (if is one)? Will it include Human Sacrifice or Algorhytm, both of which I've been craving for months and months? His producer Ludwig Göransson said something about working in the studio with him back at the Grammy Awards, so I assume I'll still have to wait for the two to drop along with the last record sometime this year, Guava Island being a whole another project...

Enjoy Your Life is the best one for me atm. True and End Of The Earth are pretty good too, I don't like To Be Human because I've always hated name dropping locations like that. Gotta admit that overall the new tracks are somewhat a positive surprise, Baby has no plausible reason for being on the album though.

Lana's lacking live performances - a discussion
jvcx replied to Beautiful Loser's topic in Lana Thoughts
My honest two cents? In the beginning she actually had to put work and effort into her vocals and performances because she had to prove herself, now she's economically way more than stable and knows the flower crown girls and us gays will buy whatever she puts out and also run screaming to the barricade whenever she plays near us so at this point she's probably taking it all for granted more or less.- 143 replies

Just downloaded it, I listened to short previews of the new ones on Play store as I was downloading it but I'm listening to the full thing with Orange Trees just starting so I can't say anything yet except that they sounded a lot better than the tracks we already had. I'll find out soon enough. I'm still looking forward to Fear more though

Seeing Endgame on Friday 26th in IMAX 3D! I'm not really a fan of 3D but they don't have any 2D IMAX screenings so I'll take it. And my superior will let me take the day off so yas

Well Suspiria came out on blu-ray in Finland yesterday, one of my local supermarkets has been selling it since Thursday for some reason and... I don't fucking have it. I preordered mine from a company that usually ships early enough, usually if a blu-ray is coming out on Monday, I receive mine a couple of days in advance on Friday. Once I even received a steelbook two weeks before the real release date. But not fucking this time, I thought it would be delivered today but yeah nope so it better be here when I get from home tomorrow or I'll be pissed af. I've seen it like 4 times but I need it, I've been waiting for the blu-ray ever since I saw it in November and I've only seen it twice with Finnish subtitles and y'all know how obsessed I am with it. I'm going to my folks next week so I can't wait to force my mom sit through it, since we usually watch a film or two together every time I visit them. Anyways I drew another one, I think I might like this one better than the one that I have framed even though I missed some details in this one as well, oops. On a sidenote, I went to see Us last weekend and it was pretty okay. Much, much better than Get Out in my opinion. Lupita was on fire.
