i love marina sm and i am so happy seeing her thrive in her personal life and stuff but like this newer music just seems kinda soulless to me i got similar vibes from FROOT but not as intense but on LOVE it just feels really....dead...and like i wish that wasn't the case but it really is how i feel about it and it sucks cause i lovvve her, regardless im happy for her and i hope she really loves this music she is putting out as much as she says she does! her older music (TFJ+EH) helped me through some of the darkest times in my life and i will be eternally grateful for that and will continue to cheer her on!

first of all, i think the last portion of the record is incredibly strong; the practical titular/thematic track that holds the album title + general motifs of night terrors and unprocessed emotions/suppressed feelings is from bury a friend; the lead in to ilomilo is nice, the name ilomilo stands out- the reference to the game is pretty much just about separation - it's the predecessor to the "sentence triad" that ends the album ,etc. it's in the right spot
 
the bells and ringings in ilomilo just set off this lack of comfort, it's darker n more nocturnal which i love in songs, there's a palpable sense of urgency and anxiety when there isn't much reason to have them & i respond to it a lot. it makes me feel so nervous and panicky n hits a memory from when i felt like it and separation anxiety is sumn i relate to wit a lot. ilomilo sonically and lyrically is the best on the album for me

omg i love everything about her cause it's all challenging the norm rn, from her looks to her sound to her visuals, it's all so unique for a mainstream pop artist and i'm honestly living for it, not saying she's on her level but she is reminding me a LOT about lorde and how she revolutionized pop with pure heroine....

yay! the toxic PC era is coming to an end!

she's had enough of all the dumb pc pop stans demanding music from her and barking orders at her like they do with charli.  i think she's had enough of sharing her own solo music under 'ayesha erotica' because of how much people have appropriated her brand and work; to the point where she feels like she no longer has control of it.  people have literally posted every song she's ever shared as drive links on here, when that's how she's built herself up and makes her living...  that's so unfair that she feels like people are 'hocking' all of her music (like she said in her IG post), to the point where she doesn't even want her music on her soundcloud page anymore, because several people already have it all downloaded anyway.  that's VERY sad for her and for the fans who want to genuinely support her art.
