Lol no, I'm scared of drugs. I'm sensitive to things like over-the-counter medication, so I take children's cold meds. I've been told if I ever try less than medical-grade marijuana I could have a seriously bad reaction because of my sensitivities. My takeaway was not that Titanic was a victim, just that the relational abuse was a mutual thing. He seemed to be painting all three of them in a sad light.

Gravity is from 2010. I think it would sound good on your first album. Mess, Strobelight and End of the Night are from 2011. I think they'd work on either of the first two albums. I don't see Hell Yeah Baby and Hard to Love? (2014) Good contenders for Pop Sucker Outtakes Bottles is from 2015 and imo would work on Pop Sucker Outtakes. If you're concerned about album length, some of the quirkier tracks (Generation Braindead, Light It Up, Japan) would work on the Punk one too I think. Otherwise, these look like a lot of fun! I'm thinking about rearranging some of mind and enjoy seeing how others are grouping them.

I just thought it was weird.

Honestly I don't understand why the idea that Lana uses personas is so objectionable. If anything, it errs on the side of giving her more credit for knowing what she's doing. I also don't get the controversy over Lana's claim that no, she is sincere in the moment. If anything, it's an admission that she doesn't have it all together, never did, never will. The reviewer did seem more interested in name-dropping other musicians for the sake of comparison, than in actually exploring Lana's music. Still, it's okay to be a casual fan. Push-back on misinterpretation, or shallow interpretation, seems entirely warranted (if not exactly necessary). But I wish Lana could have come up with something more to the point than "don't call yourself a fan." Barring that, I wish she could have just blown it off. Isn't life more interesting when we disagree, AND are able to find constructive ways to talk about it? But neither the monologue of music criticism, nor the serial monologue of the Twitterverse, seem capable of providing a healthy space for actual dialogue.
