I pretty much like all of the released songs (that's why they were released), so I'm going to go with my favorite unreleased ones. Possibly in order. Angels Forever Black Beauty Never Let Me Go I Don't Wanna Go JFK On Our Way Starry Eyed Hollywood Trash Magic And for more upbeat ones: Take Me To Paris Back To The Basics Kinda Outta Luck TV in Black & White Hawaiian Tropic/Every Man Gets His Wish St. Tropez American Dream Driving In Cars With Boys As you can tell, I like these songs because they're rather well produced and close to its final version!

Is it just me or does she seem so lazy and unimaginative with her lyrics or how she sings it? I like some of her stuff but she just seems like a model with a hobby.

I'm a 6'1 tall ass man, I've never seen Lana but I've been to enough shows to know that short girls will ask to be in front of you and you /will/ say no.

You don't survive the pit, the pit survives you. (Be a tall strong man)

Cute or something I guess At least she made the credits interesting and not five minutes long.

LANALYSIS: Relating Songs To Known/Assumed Relationships
Rebel replied to Sitar's topic in Lana Thoughts
I originally heard the lyrics as "his hands are rough" but It's up but it still means the same thing. Leave it to Lana to romanticize abuseeeee. -

Ultraviolence - Pre-Release Thread

It's because you're expecting her to do what Lady Gaga and Katy Perry does in terms of level of promo and touring. Her venue sizes are perfect for her, there's no way she can sell out arenas and big venues don't have that 'intimacy' Lana wants for her shows, and we know she wants to keep things intimate (pretty sure I read this somewhere). They're international pop superstars, while Lana is no where near as big as those two yet. I think she's just not doing any of those things because she just doesn't want to. I'm sure there's going to be an interview here and there but I doubt any live televised performances or anything like that. And we're getting the West Coast video this week apparently. She did a lot of Born To Die to get her name out there and to build a fan base, and she didn't do as much with Paradise either. Just don't expect Lana to do what other popstars do because we all know she doesn't really like to do those things. There's vague Ultraviolence here and there and even though everything is sort of blurry we know we're getting an album and with the release of West Coast, the public knows that too. I think Lana likes to keep it that way and not overhype anything. Not so choppy lead single "Cruel World" is actually the final version of an early demo of Cola which was accidentally put on Paradise, and we'll be getting Tropico 2.0 with Cola played straight for 25 minutes. -
Not initially, but now yes I think it's a lovely song and a great tour opener but I don't know why everyone loves it so much, I don't hate it, and I would've loved it if it became a single and got a video from it (but then again I wanted Dark Paradise, too.) Also agreed w/ Disco
