With Drew involved, it’s not that far of a reach indeed that the album could sound like Buddy’s RV.and I’d die for another FJM collab. DragonWhore also said that the feeling of the album was beachy, hazy, lazy, orchestral but with a looming menace underneath it all, trippy (I think?), like a mix of WFWF, MaC and VB. And he also said that there were some bombastic songs on it. It almost seems too good to be true, but the orchestral part was confirmed by Lana in the W interview, so 🤷🏼 There you go, hun

They’re new here. We’ll see if they come through. fl0r1daskil0s called them a liar on multiples occasions. So we’ll see. He talked about a FJM collab and the sound of the album. If their description of the album is true, LDR9 could be one of my faves from her. They also said that DNC would be out in July 🤷🏼

And there’s DragonWhore who came back from the desert yesterday. the only thing I find a bit odd is that all three of them interacted with us all in the span of 24 hours…

True. And yet, sometimes, her captions do contain lyrics or hints of something to come. So we’re not totally crazy to think it could mean something, it’s just that we now have to put in the « maybe / unlikely » pile more often

Honestly, in the past, I never believed she would post on her birthday except for this time. I mean, she can’t be unaware she was leading us to think that… I mean, the selfie in itself is one thing, but to repost the trailer WITH NO INDICATION whatsoever, plus the Stars Align Highlight… it’s almost like posting RCS June 1st or BB July 4th… True, we are very good at disappointing ourselves with false conclusions we’ve drawn but this time, it’s different. All signs were, well, aligning. I’m not mad at her (the era will begin sometime in the next weeks for sure), she did give us a lot of new music since last year, but I won’t ever read into her captions in the future if nothing is happening today.
