Bah if I’m quite honest, me too. The way all this happened so fast In my humble experience, when you are over 35 and things move as fast as we think they did, it’s either she found the perfect man for her (although I’m always shocked when we learn about some of her beaus conservative views; I always thought she was more liberal than this, which only proves we do project a lot of ourselves on her) or it’s giant dick move that’ll end up in a monumental fuckup. But hey, as someone who used to have « questionable moves and BF », I always hated when people « knew better » than I did. They were sometimes right, sometimes wrong, but I needed to figure it out by myself even if they were « right ». It’s her life in the end and I honestly only care about her BF for the impact they may have on her music. I’m too busy living my life to worry so much about hers.

While we spend endless and useless hours on her relationship with her husband, all I want is a post on her IG account so we can see better quality pictures of her in her dress

On a more positive note: she got married and Video Games got to the incredible 1 billion streams landmark on Spotify

I think the most surprising thing might be that she’s been able to keep it a secret until yesterday… Apart from a couple of drone pics, nothing leaked. If only her music was as protected from leaks as this…

I really like Henry, the melody has grown on me a lot. It reminds me of Nectar of the Gods or All Those Who Wander. However, I wouldn’t want it as a lead single. It’s way too simple (at least what we heard). I think I was just surprised how LB craves it so much: after having listened to it the first time, my immediate thought was : “LB is going to be bitching it’s boring”

Well not nothing, I mean, we still got Blue Skies, which is still awesome after all these months, and Tough is a cute summer song I wanted her to do for so many years now… ok true, nothing much for Lasso yet, but another “insider” account (spy_leaks) on X said something was planned between October and November (they’re probably just snowballing the info the other account provided already). Let’s not lose all hope yet. Was it really better then?
