i know this might give charli an expanded audience but i fucking hate whatever the hell dream glow is
 
the 2 demos of it that leaked were flawless as it is, they didn't need to do anything besides slap some bts vocals on it or something. it would've been ok if it was that. but NO! they just had to add some shitty harmonies, add new charli vocals which sound like absolute ass, and the worst of all adding some atrocious trap percussion in the second verse. they really ruined this song, it's sad. they changed a song about seeking love into a song about dreams and it doesnt even make sense what the fuck is a dream glow like can someone explain?

(in all seriousness though....whether you like the songs from this era or not you gotta admit the lyrics are simpler than past eras. it's extremely visible. nobody is asking her to become suicidal again and make EH 2.0 we're just asking for some complexity. happy songs can still have thought-provoking lyrics)

It’s sad that people can’t accept or admire progression. If you had any clue about music whatsoever you’d know she isn’t going “mainstream” or watering things down, Superstar isn’t “made for radio”, her lyrics aren’t basic, I’m sorry that she’s not dressing up like a 1950s doll and pretending she’s a suicidal teenager anymore and some of you can’t accept it but she’s a grown ass woman and she’s acting like one. It’s inspiring.

When are album previews usually put up on iTunes? The Clean Bandit album comes out next week so the snippet for Playboy Style could be out soon.
