What TV series or movie would you (actually) like seeing Lana in?
nabokov replied to American Whore's topic in Lana Thoughts
I've always thought Lana's and David Lynch's work had similar energy and themes. Retro americana, violence, surrealism. With both I always feel like i'm dreaming while listening/watching. Also any mafia movies ! She's got the attitude. -

Was just listening to this and going to post about it. One of my favorite Lana tracks. When he calls he calls for me and not for you.

I personally liked the lyrics but honestly? Fair enough. I've noticed she's gotten lazy with a lot of her lyrics lately. I think she could be one of the defining artists of our time if she really tried.

I've always loved how Lana captures NY in her songs. Reminds me of Greenwich village in the 60s.

Lana and Jack are so cute. Lyrics of HTD are beautiful and show her growth as a songwriter. -

I thought the total opposite o: MAC sounds like a typical 90s/2000s soft rock song to me (better though). Her music has had such a unique, distinctive sound until recently. -
