Most of the songs on CB were produced by this one guy/group (i think it was a duo or something) whose stuff kept leaking so Melanie switched to another guy who was kinda worse but had more security or something like that tbh i don't think its just a production issue the songs are boring on all fronts

for something to be lossless or lossy it needs to go through compression, if it's uncompressed there will obviously be no loss of data since there is no way to lose it in the first place it's kinda incorrect to call it that way since – again – it only applies to compressed files
