if it ends up on DJ Mustard's album like some people are saying we will get to buy it eventually! or you could buy it by importing the Japanese Glory CD

Last Summer I went on a scavenger hunt when Lowlife came out and found tons of stuff on her music, covers etc but it's on my old computer. I'll have to dig it out. Bubblebath came out in February no? That's when I bought it...

The only thing I can't find anymore is her cover of Stolen Dance by Milky Chance. I remember watching it a few times and liking it and now I can't find it anywhere online at all.

Edit* Ah ok they re-released Bubblebath, it was originally released in February. Money is now shorter. My version is 3:28 and the new one is 3:11.

When you get to higher resolution/sample rates beyond what a CD contains, there's a lot of controversy as to whether there is any difference in perceived quality. The best information I've come across is that there might be a tiny difference, but you need an extremely expensive and customised audio set up (along with excellent ears) to be able to pick up on it. Here's a post from somebody who seems to know what they're talking about, but again, it's controversial, and possibly always going to be argued over: http://www.head-fi.org/t/415361/24bit-vs-16bit-the-myth-exploded

I hope that she waits at least till January 2017. 2 lps a year really? What is music for you anyway? I like Lana's voice as any on this forum but I want to listen to something interesting from her again. HM is a good album, different sound-wise from UV and BTD but what was all about? She sang lethargically and sometimes beautifully about what may I ask? UV was a breakup-moving on album and HM was in the same mold but without the passion. She cannot repeat the same thing through 3 albums in my opinion. And it's not about sales this time around, after HM she cannot go back the commercial route for several reasons I don't want to dwell on now, but she needs to stabilize her career as a quality artist who can have a strong following years to come, a more mature fanbase because she cannot appeal anymore to the teenagers who already moved on to Halsey, Martinez and other singers who are younger and more relatable to them. A more mature fanbase needs lyrical consistency (without namedroppings, overused tropes, clicheistic cultural references and ridiculous verses like "stranger than stranger"). She is not a hit maker, she's an album artist and she needs a fresh concept to write about and that takes time. I always come back to VG as an example of good lyricism from her and I hope that she can achieve that level again because she has the talent to do it. For a while she needs to tour, to perform her damn songs that are already out (I would really like to see a passionate performance of TBD from her)

You couldn't pay me to be a celebrity tbh. What good is money and lavish lifestyles if you are constantly bombarded and have no privacy whatsoever? Not about that kind of life.

I don't get people who humiliate themselves in front of of their idols like this. The last thing I would want Lana to think of me is that I'm a creepy, crazy bitch.

    In a nutshell:

_ They talked about her love for Paris and she said she was a romantic and that she loves doing these things you don't do when you live there like going to the Crazy Horse saloon and that she also was here the day UV came out last year and that it feels like a new start to be here _ She said France inspires her and when she met Yoan Lemoine they filmed a big budget video in Fontainebleau and that it prolly was her third time coming to Paris and she loved Fontainebleau it's a one of a kind city _ She mentions having a song called Paris that's not very in favour of Paris and she hopes the interview don't go check it as you still can find it lmao _ They talked about how she put out 3 albums in four years and he said that it's like she sings as she talks and she said she was flattered that he has this impression _ She said she had a lot of trouble when the first album got out with mixed opinions and she didn't really knew what to do anymore or where to go so she went back a bit and continue to write everyday as she always did and now she has this record that she really loves and she's just following her instinct and doing what she loves to do _ He asked if it was different to work for HM from the others and she said that one of the reasons she always works with her partner Rick is bc when they record together there's an amazing atmosphere that just emerges when they're together in the same room _ Sometimes she brings the entire song and lyrics and he continues to act over it with her friend Patrick at the ????? and Leon at the saxophone and flute  _ She's inspired by moody blues and jazz ambiance and she's always working like that it's the same thing for all albums _ They talked about how she lives in LA but coming to NY was her dream and she never thought she'd leave NY and when she was a kid she couldn't even imagine LA cause it was so far away and she talked about how Rob loved music and how she discovered Bob Dylan when she was at school who was living on Westford Street (????) and she wanted to go there _ He asked if she wanted to be a singer since as long as she could remember and she said that yes and she wanted to do musicals but then she got older and realized how she had to sing always the same songs every evening so he said that it's actually what she's doing when she tours and she burst of laughter and said truuuuu oh my god you're right _ She said she loves Phantom of The Opera and Cats and Cats is really a good one (translator says it's really the best one for her idk) _ Clara from twitter asked what's her fav song from HM and she says TLY "kills" her omg it makes her feel a lot of things and she loves DLMBM and GKIT and he says that she could basically say the whole record and they both laugh their asses off _ They talk a bit about HBTB and how it's the last song made and she realized all her songs were slow and long bla bla bla so she first wrote chorus and first verse and then add a bit faster beat and it came into its own _ Then they played the game where he starts a sentence and she finishes it and the first thing she does in the morning is pray, the last thing she does before going to bed is watch television, what she dreamed of being when she was a kid is prolly moving to the city, what she loves the most in her job is meeting people that love the art like no one else _ What she loves the less in her job is (and he says, apart from promo of course and she says promotion isn't that bad) terrible reviews lolol _ The thing she's the proudest of is her records, her lil discography _ Her fav meal is spaghettis in tomato sauce still _ What she dislikes to eat the most and that he shouldn't make her at all if he invites her home is Thai food, anything kind of exotic and spicy Blizzard lyrics teasss _ If she had a very last message to say to her fans, she's just so happy to be in Paris for the second year in a row and to have a new record and she feels very lucky and connected to us even if she's not with us and she hopes we'll love the album and to see us soon   I finally finished editing and I'm putting it on my masterpost under RFM 2015 September 30th

If this B*TCH dares to make it black and white with a tiny aspect ratio (or even worse LQ as fuck due to the 892 filters)

K so I'm coming back home, I'm strongly apologize bc I'm writing this getting incredibly hammered, basically she arrived 30mins late and stayed 2H LONGER. THIS GURL. SO GENEROUS. ANd she spent like not much time at all w me bc I was extremely stressed and I arrived and gave her the flowers and asked how she was doing and she said I'm excited! and her mascara was on point and I was hypnotised by her tattoos and hearing her laugh made me fucking pass out and she asked me where I was from n I said Paris and she said oooooh and then she asked my name and I had to show that I had written it on my arm bc I can't spell and SHE MISPELLED IT HAHAHA. I don't mind at all it's so cute she wrote Anne-Daphine instead of Anne-Dauphine. n these security fuckers were pressing us as f and so I only had the time to ask her for a kiss and I think she thought she wanted me to get a pic of it and I could only get one pic (but motherfuckers got at least 10...............................) so she took my ipod and took the pic but took it like one millisecond before.... THIS BINCH...... and so many people had so many more stuff, I HATE MYSELF for not bringing my UV and BTD vinyls, at least she got my letter and the drawing from boywonder, I wish I had more time, I wish I had another pic, I wish I didn't freaked out, but, whatever, and then I waited 3h with the lovely @@Degenerate and we saw her go away in her car and she's the sweetest and most beautiful woman on earth, she gave a lil girl who gave her a drawing a vinyl to sign it and said she paid for it

I'm 9656897% more in love with her than I was before, she's the first girl I asked and she didn't rejected me and I swear to God that made the Earth that I will never unstan, I love her for real, full homo, full love as fuck, full I'd die for you if you only blinked, full I'm dedicating my entire life to you now, full you're the only reason I didn't killed myself because I heard Next To Me and it changed my mind

Honeymoon did the unthinkable and topped UV for me but not necessarily because of purely musical reasons, it's because it's dark but it's happy, and it's reclaimed which is the EXACT state I am in right now. I wish I had discovered UV earlier because this record is an absolute jewel especially in its indulgence in self-awareness of the sadness, it's a blunt word but I can't find another one, melancholia maybe. Honeymoon, when I actually really dislike this name in itself compared to the spectacular ultraviolence term, is the incredible and extremely cohesive follow-up to this sadness. It reminds me of earlier this year when I got back into severe depression and I can pinpoint the exact moment I turned back and got up. Honeymoon feels like this. It feels like acknowledging the melancholia, but instead of easily being overwhelmed by it, reclaiming it and controlling it. I don't want to say that I prefer Honeymoon just because it's just out and I love theoretically everything Lana does. I've never related that much to any artist ever and I feel a real connection to the way she approaches her work and mine. I apologize, I don't want to sound pretentious, I am just completely astonished to find myself in front of a work that is the exact depiction of the path my mind took this past year, exactly in the same time than the UV and Honeymoon eras. Whereas in UV there are songs that I basically ignore, in Honeymoon, I find myself respecting the songs that I find to be less spectacular because of how obvious it is that this piece of work is seamless solid and cohesive and makes sense as a whole, in maybe a much less raw and raspy way than UV, but in a polished assurance, and full of extreme and pure emotion.

tl;dr: Honeymoon is the best album ever made in my humble opinion, but not necessarily musically.
