Just got back from the show! Didn't meet her because there were way too fucking many people and I didn't want to deal with that, so I just left. But the show was great-- aside from the fact that it was all ages, but if it wasn't, Lorde wouldn't be able to perform I'm sure. The venue was much larger than the Webster Hall where I first saw her. This time we got to really see her fan base, last time it was, I guess "normal people" or young adults/adults but this time her fanbase is a shit ton of 10-16 year old girls and a few guys here and there and then there were a few young adults and stuff. There was a group of girls in front of me both in line and at the show and her wallpaper was Justin Bieber smoking a cigar and they talked about Ariana Grande and bitching about her and stuff. My god, I wanted to kill them. Also, parents.

The show was really good. Lo-Fang opened for her and I was really fucking excited to see him, but his act was only 30 minutes and I wished it was longer, but I'll see him again in April for his solo show. His voice was insanely beautiful and he played the guitar and the violin live and he's so fucking great I can't get over how spot on his voice was. Sounded better than the studio versions. Too bad he didn't have many visuals and the stage was really far away even if I was front row. And the same girls in front of me kept screaming when he took his jacket off because it was hot and then screamed again when he rolled the sleeves of his shirt up like calm down he's 30 please stop being thirsty.

Lorde came on a few minutes before 9, she had a single spotlight down the center of the stage from a chandelier and it was great, she opened with Glory & Gore which I didn't think was the best opener but after that the black cloth dropped down and the band was behind her and she did Tennis Court and the lights were insane for the entire show. There were little camera pods that would film Lorde and would project it on the 3 square LED screens behind her which was cool, but it looked awkward at one point. The lights will trip you the fuck out, they're so flashy and I had to look down for a few moments during some songs. At one point she covered Easy, and there were instrumental dance breaks and she was going insane with the flashing lights I felt like I was high lmao. The LED screen behind her looked like it should've been connected to make one long rectangle screen but for some reason it wasn't? But it was pretty cool anyway, the backdrops for Buzzcut Season (water), 400 Lux (trees/houses) and Royals (crown) was really awesome too. All in all a great show and I loved it when she did an extended version of Team where she left the stage during a dance mix and wore this golden robe thing to do the rest of the song and A World Alone.

wait, yea it was. I remember him playing on his violin for a bit and then he took his jacket off and everyone screamed  (AKA me) when he said i heard your boyfriend is out of town, lol
(dont forget to mention his gorgeous arms and collar bones, oof)

    He did:

    Boris
    Permutations
    #88
    Animal Urges
    When We're Fire
    Look Away

#88 might be before Permutations, not sure. But listen to his album, it's short and great and so damn goooood.

It's 18+, aww. I was scared it was gonna be 21+ so 18+ works for me. No Bieber tween fans. Bummer for you though

Saw him before Lorde on the 11th, and he was great! It was nice, because I had listened to his album before the concert, so I could sing along (I didn't hear anyone else around me singing the words). I bought his physical album after the show, and he snuck out trying to be incognito with his hood up, but I spotted him and said hi lol

Wasn't the show great? Wish his set was longer, I'm going to his solo show on April 27th at Bowery.

Alright, as you might have already seen in the spoilers, there are going to be at least 6 more Elimination games for Lana's unreleased songs. They're going to be seperated by the years in which they were produced. Every game will feature around 20 songs.

On a more serious note, given my last contribution to this thread...

Pick a song, any song from 2005 or 2006, tbh. Aviation is special. "Have a big degree in philosophy, but I don't know what I wanna be..."

"There's somethin' she doesn't know about -- a secret he doesn't show about... a sensitive sign on his arm. Oh, my. She got her skeletons as well; some secrets he knows she'd never tell..."

All of Wait and There's Nothing To Be Sorry About.

"Lord, watch over my love..." So much raw poetry, about subjects that are as childish as they are legitimate. Relatability at its finest.

#feels overload since i just listened to all of her may jailer shit for this

THE BLACK & WHITE WAVES SPARKLIN TRULY
MY MAN LIKES TO WATCH ME WHILE I WATCH TV
    WHILE HE'S T-T-TOUCHIN' ME

    I REMEMBER VINTAGE GREEN WALLPAPER
YOUR CRIMINAL ARMS, I COULDN'T FEEL SAFER

BABY, YOU KNOW MOMMA NEVER HAD MUCH MONEY
BUT I PLAN ON USING THIS FACE TO PAY, HONEY
GIMME GIMME GIMME GIMME, YOU'RE SO FUNNY
    LOVE YOU TILL I DIE

BABY YOU NEVER KNOW TIL YOU TRY
BABY YOU NEVER LIVE TIL YOU DIE
BABY YOU NEVER LOVE TIL YOU'RE MINE
    YOU'RE MINE, YOU'RE MINE

@ I meant to say the difference between the FKP2 demos is that the BEGINNING is cut* in one "version"! My bad, edited!
  20. Greenwich liked a post in a topic by keanefar in Minor General Questions that Don't Deserve Their Own Thread
Rehab is an alt named for the demo. The only difference between the two claimed demos is that one has the beginning cut. It's really only one demo.
So there's FKP2 (album) and FKP2 (demo) (also known as Rehab).

It's not real, the second version.

It seems to be a great tour and I can't wait to see her in Cologne - I love those concert vids from America and Canada! I just heard that many mamas now try to boycott the show because it's too sexy! What did they expect after the Bangerz release and its single videos? A Disney Miley?
