absolutely, with peace and love, Jen has definitely been doing the most to catch Lana's attention on insta–for some time now. I bet she's even more intense behind closed doors.

I mean, with peace and love, usually mothers have their own kids as background pictures on their phone? Jen just had a baby, I get that she's close to Lana. But having a pic of Lana as a child as her own background pic... it's little weird for a grown woman.

oh wow Jen is not creepy at all ?

Spill tbh. Though I love the title track (minus the cringe opening line), I agree about 'HIAB'... it's not a bad song at all, but lyrically it feels like she mod podged three distinct songs together in the worst possible way.

I think the only album that has not quote on quote "aged well" in her discography is 'Lust for Life'. For starter, it's probably her only album that feels anchored into a specific time and place, with its social/political commentaries/references thrown here and there. But also, like other people have said, the production, the trap beats in most songs, it just screams 2016/17. It sounded easy and cheap back then, and still does now. Even with 'NFR!', an album that I don't particularly appreciate, I think is still going to sound decent in 10 years.

It was all around a good performance, but kinda just that: good. It was at times a bit underwhelming. I find that very few performers these days are really, and unanimously found to be, entertaining all on their own. He would've definitely benefitted from having two or three collabs in there. 'Blinding Lights' was kind of the highlight for me. Also, 'The Hills' is always a moment.

yup, but we barely use it, only made fries with that thing. do you own a record player?

I don't think any or her albums have aged that badly tbh, if anything the so called cringe lyrics on BTD make me cringe less than some corny lyrics on her most recent work. To each their own. I'm also not big with passing judgement with a modern/contemporate perspective to judge someone's past artistic work, but I think that's a debate for another day. Like that's such an easy target to chose, how about judging something more contemporate?

Or the fact the it's actually the best song off L*st for Life perhaps?
-
'Get Free' is hands down her best album closer.

I don't really know how to properly embed instagram post on here. But here's a screencap: @/anniejanasbrams on Instagram claims to have a convo with Marilyn Manson in which he fatshames Lana and says a bunch of other shit about her.
