  1. Maybe newer fans don't know this yet, but Lana actually has released albums before 'NFR!'–better ones too.
  2. we're too many people going at it too quickly

  7. She once called 911 in a London hotel, only to realize that 911 doesn't work in the UK

  10. They're both equally annoying and I long for the day we stop pretending these "alt girlies" can sing (they can't).
  11. When I first heard 'Black Bathing Suit' I had certain expectations with it since insiders had hyped it up a bit, I must say that I was a tad disappointed with it. On the first couple listens I just felt like it was a good song, but nothing more really. It kinda hit me earlier this week, I was doing homework and listening to the album and the song came on and I enjoyed it so much more. Might as well be my second favourite track, right after 'Text Book'.
  12. I like Adele's personality, there is something very candid and endearing about her, but she's made the same music for like four albums in a row. Not saying there aren't any songs that I like, but her albums are completely indecipherable from the other, and for that reason I do not care.
  13. Although I like some of her songs, like the classiques, I find Miley Cyrus' voice to be particularly unpleasant. Her cover of 'Heart of Glass' was terrible.
  14. Lorde... I liked 'Pure Heroine' and that's it. I think as far as vocals go, I put her in the same category as Billie Eilish. On certain songs it kinda works, otherwise it's a complete miss and dare I say unpleasant.
  15. Sam Smith's voice is the single most grating thing I have ever heard on the radio. I can't stand it.
  16. To me this goes to show that I'm a millenial and there are Gen Z things I just don't get; I do not understand why and how Billie Eilish is so popular. Her music does absolutely nothing for me, it's like subpar background video games music with whispery vocals
  17. 'Chemtrails Over the Country Club' is actually an overall better album than 'NFR!'.
  18. THE ONLY THING THAT STILL FITS ME IS THIS BLACK BATHING SUIT
  19. They look absolutely adorable.
  20. The way I liked that post only to unlike it at the mention of 'Text Book' Agreed though, 'Arcadia' is dreadful.
  21. I just know Potato Fanta says mad shit about Lana like he's stuck in 2012 where it was the national sport for music writers to shit on Lana Del Rey. On a more serious note, this guy just fundamentally does not understand Lana as an artist. He sorta became a fan of Lana overnight when she released 'NFR!' AKA her most digestible album (like most sycophant music writers have) and has been acting like it's the blueprint of her album ever since, but that's beside the point—this review was just seriously ridiculous. Mind you, this is the man that rated 'Born To Die' a 3/10 and 'Ultraviolence' a 2/10. He's literally only taken "seriously" because, for some obscure reason, he's like the only semi-famous music critic on YouTube?
  22. After months of manifesting I must say that when 'UFB' came out it exceeded all expectations I had about the song. Whoever said that that song wasn't important or worth leaking...
  23. I genuinely had not been thoroughly impressed by the production of a Lana album since 'Honeymoon'. 'Blue Banisters' is honestly up there with 'Ultraviolence', 'Honeymoon' and 'Born To Die' for me. I'm in love.
