I'm almost positive that it's Lana's team that submits things for Grammys and not her, so I don't know if this is something Lana's super involved with or worried about right now. Either way, with the Grammy's history with Lana, there's no way they'd give her a win if she gets nominated Although I'm always open to being surprised

Not only do I prefer the Blue Banisters version of Thunder, but it's starting to become one of my favorite Lana songs period. I just find it breathtakingly beautiful and I think the instrumentation matches it perfectly. Blue Banisters in general has really started to grow on me this month. It feels so cozy and familiar.

Anyways, I don't really listen to Taylor's music, but I'm really looking forward to this! I think it'll be super interesting to hear (also, every time I read the title, I think of HBTB lol)

Lana's Instagram usually reflects the aesthetics for the upcoming era, so if her Honeymoon posts are any indication of that, I'm excited I've also been hoping the Italy trip would inspire elements of LDR9

I honestly don't think a single was planned for last month in the first place. We're probably not getting anything until the end of the year at the earliest, but next year is a lot more realistic

As far as I know this was never actually confirmed, it's just fan speculation that's been generally accepted (although I thought I had remembered BoZ saying something about this title?? I could be wrong, though). But Lana's album titles are always changing so even if an insider did say this was the title, it most likely isn't anymore

I honestly don't mind that there's been a bit of a break between the last two projects and whatever this upcoming one ends up being. I loved getting two albums in one year, but it was really chaotic and neither album really had enough time to marinate/have a proper rollout, which is something that Lana usually does (in her own way, of course ). I don't think it's gonna be a major amount of time until the LDR9 era starts though because there's usually not too big of a gap between albums. The things we have gotten from Lana this year (the Italy trip/Gucci show, the W magazine shoot and her being in New York, her Honeymoon posts) have me excited to see what comes out of this next era

There are a few of these fans that are alright, and it's only because unlike most of them, they don't perpetuate their eating disorder onto Lana. That's my issue with this new coquette-aesthetic based fanbase Lana's acquired in the past year or two. You almost never see them post a picture of Lana past 2012, and if they do it's because it's one of those faceswaps. Aesthetic wise, I get it and I see how Lana intertwines with that, but I also don't think the way that it's been used to make ED culture more popular is an accident. (and all of this is coming from someone in recovery).

I don't understand why so many songs are getting officially released sped-up versions. Like, I get that it's a big thing on TikTok (and has been popular since before that, hence the big Chipmunk and nightcore Youtube trends from a decade ago), but still. It never really happened when the whole "slowed and reverbed" trend was going on so idk. Releasing an officially sped up version of a song 10 years after it was released feels like a waste of time to me.

The way that this basically just says "security went overboard by doing their jobs" Like, what does he think they're there for? Decoration?
