Pretty much feel the same. West Coast and SoC took a bit time to completely appeal to me and TLY was always nice but not spectacular for me but overall I actually always really liked them. Love and Coachella took some time for me to even somehow like and I still think they are sub-par. L4L is still my least-favourite LDR track ever (referring to official releases) and although SB and GL were better and easier to access, they still don't do as much as Lana songs usually do for me. But the snippets actually sounded pretty interesting, so I'll wait for how the album will turn out. Still don't think it will be her strongest and most memorable effort (en contraire actually) but it could include some really nice gems!

I'm afraid the second half of the album will have the same problem HM had - all the tracks are beautiful but too similar to each other, so they feel like they just drag on. The Blackest Day, 24 and Swan Song in a row was just a bit to heavy in my opinion. All of them are beautiful but none of them really got to shine. Could see this happen to Heroin/Change/Get Free

Didn't she ALWAYS hints that an EP with outtakes may be coming ever since UV but it never happens? I would definitly be here for a short EP including BAR and Yosemite, but I just don't think it will happen.

I get what you mena. It's the same as when everyone is excited for something and you don't like it and express your opinion and get lynched for it. This time it seems to be mostly the other way around.

I get what you mean. Everytime a new snippet appears, it's new and exciting and a lot of people is like WOOOOOW HER BEST ALBUUUUM COMING! or they are just completely bashing it. However, expressing your feeling over how you think an album will be isn't wrong if you are not starting to insult people on a very personal level cause you don't agree with them (a lot of users here seem to think that it's asassy attitude that makes them look cool, but it's really just childish and stupid) I personally have often stated that I don't like the singles and vibes she's going for and that I prepared myself for it to be a weaker effort cause so far it's just not my taste at all, unlike all the other albums with their respective singles (not saying I loved all of them instantly). And I don't think that this is unjustified. As much as I think that it's not wrong if someone expresses how they love the new concept and are looking forward to it.

OR we could accept that being critical/not liking what you hear does not automatically means you are "bashing the album" or a "bad fan" and that being positive does not automatically mean you are "blindly eating her ass". Although there are people here which do both of those things, it would be a much better place if we would just respect each others opinion and be able to actually discuss stuff instead of attacking each other for not feeling the same about music.

No correlation between In My Feelings and Bebin detected. Sorry. Bebin is a political track and IMF seems to be about a relationship. I love how you are always so passionate about things but sometimes you should overthink what you post. Apart form that slight similarity in the way they sing a word (which isn't rellay obvious but more likely something people who stan both artists would notice) and the pretty diffuse topic of ~feelings there is nothing they don't have anything in common and I don't think they should be compared.

Hm. A lot of these previews soun pretty good and actually much more Lana-esque than all the (promo)singles released so far combined. But before I've heard those songs in full, I'm not trusting this album. Cherry will obviously be the highlight of this album. The studio version sounds even more dark and sexy. In My Feelings sounds super intriguing, I love this "fuck off" vibe it seemingly has. Tommorow Never Came was a track I did not expect much from, but the snippet actually sounds exciting. Heroin has the potential to be both beautiful or boring, while Get Free could either be cinematic or cringeworthy. Change sounds dark and intriguing but the instagram snippet of the chorus did not really seem to fit the vibe of the verse, so I'm still unsure about whether I'll like it. God Bless America - And All The Beautiful Women In It could be nice - the verse sounds beautiful, but the chorus could possibly ruin it OR be iconic. 13 Beaches snippet isn't really telling much about how the track will be. I could imagine it having a similar sound to White Mustang with a trap-beat kicking in at some point. But the snippet is really saying nothing about how the song will turn out. Same for WTWWAWWKD Beautiful People Beautiful Problems already sounds forgetable And pls, gays and gurls .... don't even TRY to come for UV just cause some snippets got you excited

The YT version is definitly superior. Sounds less messy and the production is MUCH better. Also seems to be the same version she herself teased on her insta. Why do Itunes and Spotify have those messy versions? They sound worse Let's hope the "YT" version is the one on the physical release.

I think it was crucial for me to accept that Lust for Life will definitly be Lanas weakest album compared to the rest of her official discography. I just had to get used to the fact that it generally will not have the same magic her prior records had and that there will be mediocre tracks or some that I actually really don't like. Songs like Cherry and White Mustang prove that there WILL be career-highlights but apart form those songs, everything else she released from L4L so far is artistic decay. But after I accepted that and stopped comparing it to BtD, Paradise, UV and HM, I could actually start to enjoy some tracks for what they are instead of being disappointed. Summer Bummer is a fun song. It's messy and sounds stitched together - like some fanmade mashup - but it's still fun. The production is underwhelming - imagine how great the song would be if the beat would actually hit hard. But yeah, it's fun. Groupie Love is cute, her vocals are nice. Nothing super exciting about this track but it's ok. Could have done without the rap-bridge but .. .yeah. It's nice. I would have preferred getting the studio version of Cherry over both the tracks, but they are entertaining. So yeah, I'm not disappointed but it did not really suprise me in a way Cherry did.

I hope this won't be a HM situation where the pics aren't all in the boxset and never leak. They look gorgeous ... better than the cover

Not really. The people on here are just panicking and being messy. Look up what time it is in the UK right now, calculate the difference between their time zone and yours and then do the math to see in how many hours the premiere will happen. Simple rule of three
