Comparing the live debut of Disconnect and it's final iteration, I definitly think he ruined it.

While I like Tidal and its jazzish vibes, I actually think it's her weakest album. You can hear she's not really figured out the core center of "her sound" yet and how they still tried to push her into a sell-able mold. It's the FA album that's easiest to approach, it has the most catchy tracks but I think it is far away from the songwriting and vocal quality she archieved on When The Pawn and Extraordinary Machine.

Lol it's pretty unfair of you to assume that broad appeal can ony be archieved by waterer down, bland, exchangeable and boring songs.

Yawn. Put it out already. The poetry is lackluster and we waited for this thing longer than the album.

It kind of reflects the depth of tracks like Coachella, GBA and WTWWAWWKD. Priviledged, rich, american gal whose insight into issue is on the same level as the tumblr blog of a wOkE 13y.o.

wtf r u talking about boi, Teeth is a great track with an almost alternativ-kind-of vibe. Just cause it's not as dance-pop-ish as the rest of the album does not make it a bad song.

I bet she was overwhelmed by how positive the feedback to Downhill Lullaby was and then she noticed that the rest of the album had a completely different sound and got nervous because people would now expect a cinematic, lynchian album.

AKA is not part of her LDR discography. It was released under Lana Del RAy, had a different artist-persona and was taken off the market in like two months or something. Noone actually owned it, it's not obtainable anymore - only delusional fans count it. I guess the label counts Paradise as an album.

Profit. And it's understandable in a lot of cases - artists are suffering hard bc of corona. Releasing an album nowadays mostly pays through performances. Artists don't get shit through Spotify & co. They mostly earn their funds through performances. Not being able to promote an album and losing out on the cash you get when touring a NEW piece of work is a problem for a lot of artists. However, that's probably not applying to a rich (former) popstar like Lady Gaga. I doubt she'd have major losses because her concerts after Corona will sell out either way and she is big enough to still earn sonething through album sales/streams

I think the problem is that people either react totally unbothered, careless and irresponsible OR they over-panic and make the situation worse by hoarding stuff.

Fans have no right to harass people on social media, just cause they are close to Lana. The Francesco-situation was a big no-no. If you talk about people, you should expect them to respond. I feel you. I really like CAS but their songs LITERALLY always end up sounding the same. Often the production starts out very promising but then the vocal melody, the tempo and the flow of the song will end up being identical to every other CAS song.
