Careless Whisper by George Michael On May 30th 2015 I had listed "Careless Whisper" as one of the songs Lana should cover and in "Salvatore" she has sampled it during Verse 3. She literally granted my wish!!!! It's fucking unreal!! And the other song I had listed was "Feel" by Robbie Williams and she has sampled "Millenium" by Robbie Williams in "Terrence Loves You"....so atleast the same singer but different song....Still it's amazing that LDR kinda/sorta granted my wishes....Also in my Fake tracklist thread one of the titles of my Fake tracklist was "Give it Another Try " and Lana has a song called "God knows I Tried" and that's sort of a reply to my title...So there is some psychic/telepathic connections going on between me and her....Also another one of my titles was "Destined" and "Prisoner of lust" and both words appear in the Prisoner song by Weeknd/LDR. That must have been a really beautiful sight to see!!! Didn't it feel like time slowed down at that moment? It must have been really surreal. I love reading about these type of surreal experiences.

Lana has blessed us yet again with another masterpiece. MTWBT is reminding me of Sad Girl/Trash Magic(pink flamingo) as well as BTD ERA vibes. It's like she's combined all the different eras in MTWBT plus that flute is slaying me big time and the drums during the bridge remind me of Hotel California. It's too beautiful and combined with her velvety vocals she's transported me into another dimension. Lanas vocals in this song are like pouring warm honey and cool lemonade into your ears. All in all I feel this song has cleansed my soul.

This is the story of how I discovered the woman, the myth, the legend Lana Del Rey. I first read about Lana in a newspaper in 2011 as a new rising viral star who was getting popular through her youtube video for the song "Video Games" . I thought ok let's see who this chick is. The first time I played "Video Games" on YouTube I had a very strange reaction. I was terrified. Lana's voice gave me goosebumps in my soul. I thought to myself this isn't a human's voice. I couldn't even get through the whole video. I think I just heard 30 seconds of it and closed the video immediately. It was like a lightening bolt struck my soul. It was really scary and overwhelming. I decided then that I wouldn't listen to Lana ever again. Fast forward to 2012 after the SNL incident, LDRs name kept popping up everywhere but still I didn't bother to investigate it. Then sometime around 30th Jan I was studying for an exam in my room and started feeling uneasy and anxious due to tension about the exam. So I decided to walk it off and I stopped by my Hall where the music channel VH1 was ON and this gorgeous melody was playing in the background. I was mesmerized and pulled into the Hall to see which song it was and Lana kept singing " It's you, it's you, it's all for you Everything I do " . And just like that all my tensions melted away and here I was being cradled by Lana's beautiful voice. I was spellbound, speechless and enchanted. I knew at that moment that Lana would be a very important figure in my life. Somehow Lana found me when I was lost. Her voice comforted me as if a hundred angels were hugging me tight. So you see Lana discovered me and not the other way around. I kept avoiding any Lana related thing on the Internet after the initial reaction I had on exposure to "Video Games" . This was the story of how Lana discovered me and has been by my side ever since. Thank you Lord for blessing us with Lana Del Rey who melts our tensions away. I know you sent her to comfort the world. She is a love letter written by you to comfort our world.

The difference between LDR & Granny Swift is that LDRs music is like a full course dinner with each plate having a beautifully crafted meal with carefully chosen ingredients to create an original masterpiece whereas Grannae Swish's music is like gross fast food made with recycled ingredients to cater to the mindless masses. I was wondering since Art Deco font & Art Deco graphic design were used in The Great Gatsby poster whether the song ART DECO is somehow related to YOUNG & BEAUTIFUL. Also the font used in the title Honeymoon is Art Deco so.....

I'm really loving Halsey's Badlands!!! Haunting is seriously slaying my soul! It's too beautiful! My top picks from the Badlands are : 1. Haunting 2. Control 3. Gasoline 4. Hurricane 5. New Americana 6. Castle 7. Ghost 8. Drive These 8 songs are flawless sonically and are super eargasmic !!! I don't understand why she didn't include Empty Gold in this album. She could have easily replaced Colours pt II with Empty Gold. Empty Gold in my opinion was a really strong track sonically as well as lyrically. Songs that I'm not that into at the moment but may eventually grow on me : 1. Colours ( Her voice sounds like Tay swift in this at the part where she sings "And it's blue ooh woo ooh ooh ) 2. Roman Holiday 3. Strange Love 4. Coming Down ( Most Annoying song) 5. I Walk the line 6. Hold me Down 7. Young God Overall it's a pretty good album , could have been better.
