Yo I don't care if she keeps releasing piano ballads, honestly I actually enjoy her piano songs so. It would be refreshing hearing a different genre, but if she doesn't I'm not really bothered about it.

So Heavy I Fell Through the Earth, 4AEm, Violence, We Appreciate Power and of course My Name Is Dark... cohesion right. there. Yeah it's not Art Angels, but I actually find Miss Anthropocene very well crafted too.

I wouldn't know for sure what specific genre is, but I would acommodate within the alternative if you ask me Anyways, is it your song? I loved the piano progression along with the strings, and the vocal melody blended really good in it! Great job if it's yours, and if not, well, great job to the owner

So we're discussing whether Thunder would be a good push as single or not (I think it is). Maybe we're thinking of those songs we have heard, but what about those we have not heard yet? Watch Black Bathing Suit or Violets for Roses being perfect for single choices (catchy melodies, elaborate instrumentals) and pushed as such instead

I just like to come to this thread to reassure I have a good taste. Why would some people decide to remove some actual good songs is an actual mystery.

Years ago she posted the lyrics to her unreleased song "Hallelujah", and I commented if she was actually going to release it or something. She liked it - but never alluded to the song again when it comes to her, we better believe she's not coming.

Hum... I think the pastel tones are associated with her Cry Baby character. However, is this new album is still going to be about Cry Baby but in a different stage AND with darker sounds, I don't see why wouldn't she step to a darker colour choices instead.

Yeah the songwriting is mostly a cringefest (not the lyrical content), but the production is great and I need her to drop the damn album now. Shinigami Eyes, Utopia, Tragedy, Player of Games, gurl drop it now

This screams 2016 Dua omg It would've been great in an album with Be the One, New Love, Last Dance, Room for 2, High Wild & Free, Voodoo, Want To, Running, Between a Bullet and a Heartbreak, Chasing the Dragon, Wicked & Wild, Hotter Than Hell, Lot to Love etc.

I'm glad it didn't JUST BECAUSE I don't care for FSOG, but it would've given her the coin (and GP visibility) that could've pushed works on the album a little faster I just realised if Sky decided to drop Masochism as singles like with Downhill Lullaby, every 4-5 months, even without a formal album announcement (with pre-order and shit), we'd pretty much have the full album by now. Descending, Pray for Rain, Don't Forget, Mourning After, All My Lovers Die, Gaslight, Guardian, Legends, Voices Carry... ugh, Sky.

Nothing Is Enough is a wonderful album, for sure!!! My favourites might be Blood and Water, Avalon or Ghost Story ("Why'd you even bother just to turn into a ghost?" ) I really loved the emotion in your voice, the minimalistic production, the lyrics and the intimacy of the songs. Also, I'm loving your interludes have *substantial* lyrics, instead of just being instrumentals, which I liked a lot. Great project! If anything, I would've made some songs a little longer (CJ, The Toll), but it actually balances with Avalon so I don't mind. I'll be for sure purchasing it - just let me get some coin first I'm going to be checking your other releases too! The poetry collection gives me Violet vibes just by the title and description, I need to check it too

I could say they are just having internal issues (they as in Capitol + Sky), they must disagree so bad in something. As you said, it clearly is not that they don't want her to release this or that fearing it wouldn't chart, but I don't know what that could be. It makes no sense and it gets more and more frustrating every time it's just evident both parts are involved, but it doesn't make sense. I don't know what her contract is, but there could be something in there that keeps her from releasing music and them from releasing her from the label.

I think Cherry Bomb, Cobra, Ditch That Bitch, Overplayed, Catch Me If You Can, I Want Blood, Untouchable (Final Mix), Touch the Sky are the titles that come to mind now. But for sure must be many more missing Cry Baby songs. Some we don't even know about.
