COTCC was close, but by the time the era actually started in October, she was back to her dark brown. it's a bit of a jolt when most of the visuals of the era are blonde, but her hair is dark brown

she said in the latest interview she did she had plans for dying her hair dark brown before the end of the year, so I'm predicting she's gonna debut dark hair again (signifying the start of the era) and give a slight tease of news (that most fans won't be satisfied with)

I would kill for a LFL era 2.0. She didn’t post too much, but it was enough to keep us fed. I’ll never forget her listening to White Mustang and doing her makeup Like she could do that again with Henry. Then that random snippet of the Cherry demo. and then Roses Bloom For You? Magical. and on top of that we were constantly fed a stream of new music. Love (which leaked early little fuckers), Lust For Life, Groupie Love, Summer Bummer, and Coachella. Like I know a lot of fans dislike LFL, but you could tell she really loved it and I’d take even a 10th of that. One snippet in almost a year, and the brief times she has talked about music she sounds so disinterested. I would have been happy if the album announcement had included the same snippet of Henry she posted in January. Just something to affirm she’s excited about what she’s been creating

during her W magazine interview she said “I’ll just sing whatever comes to mind into my Voice Notes app. It’s not perfect, obviously. There are pauses, and I stumble. But I’ve been sending those really raw-sounding files to a composer, Drew Erickson, and he’ll add an orchestra beneath the words, matching each syllable with music and adding reverb to my voice.” so I’d take that to mean she fingertips is a literal voice memo manifesting none of that on TRPWS

Realistically Laura would only be mastering the Jack tracks. That Henry snippet sounds amazingly clear, so I have hope someone from Luke’s team mastered their tracks

in light of finding out that UV could have been a double album, that makes this quote really interesting. We've been assuming that the double album would have been songs that had been recorded in the same session as the album, but this makes it seem like we're wrong. It also helps make sense why Freak Like Me sounds very UV, it most likely started out for the second album. I'm really interested if the confirmed 2014 songs (California Crazy For You Honeymoon Freak Soft Ice Cream (Salvatore) 24 Hours Swan Song Blackest Day Pink Flamingos (Music To Watch Boys To) Dark City Dead To Me I Can Fly (rework of original 2013 demo)) have the same kind of UV-esque demos. We Know Dark City and California have a more UV vibe

tbh I’m not expecting any big moments for this album. Last we heard about this album she said the songs were stripped back and half cooked, so I’m expecting an album full of Henry come on.

Eclipse said the album was mastered months ago, but that it. ATP I’m not sure what could even be teased. I don’t want any album info spilled six months early, that would make time dragggg

Somehow this wait hasn’t felt nearly as bad as NFR, despite being longer. with the album (apparently) coming out in May I don’t want a single until like February or March, because once we get our first single, and the pre release actually starts, that’s when it gets grueling

I’m so happy for her being sold out, and it’s absolutely incredible the star power she’s built just in the last couple of years, but at the same time I wish she could downsize her tours. Her music has always felt like it belongs in an intimate 500-1000 people crowd and I feel like a piece of her is lost in a big arena

I absolutely agree, but I'm sure her and her managers are annoyed at the constant comments about lana under literally every single post they make I think "two singles before Stagecoach and album mid next year" would have been a really good announcement, but truly there is no right answer

in an ideal world, this would discourage people from believing fake insiders, but I already know people are going to be fooled again before this album even comes

no it doesn't he reposted about her fake Rock Candy Sweet announcement and we see how that went personally I don't think we'll get Henry before the end of the year (sadly! I really want it right now) for what it's worth I also believed her about Lasso in September, especially when Jack was interviewed and talked about it like weeks later I do agree that it all feels more credible, but at the same time it doesn't because of the fake date. Admittedly, I'm not sure what she could have done differently. If she would have not included a date, she'd be harassed about it. If she did a vague "2025" she'd be harassed about it. I think she should have either just said "May 2025" or at the very least "May 23rd" since that's a Friday, and therefore more believable.

I do absolutely agree that it seems to be more fleshed out than any random announcement she’s ever made, but all of the info we got (album title, number of tracks, AND producers) is all immediately disqualified by her posting a random non-Friday release date. I know 111 said it was finished and mastered months ago, and while I do hope that’s true, it could also be a classic 111 troll

This is the same woman who posted Henry and announced Lasso 8 months in advance. Her posting album info online (without her label backing it) means next to nothing. You’re going to go mad if you try to find reason in what she does.
