I just had a thought I wonder what Luke thought when he heard Lana describe the songs as half baked and said she wasn’t sure about them. He said on Instagram that the songs they wrote were some of his most fulfilling creativity wise, which probably is true bc what we’ve heard of Henry is beautiful, but at the same time it’s such a stark difference in talking about the songs

All day it’s been randomly hitting me *wow. We have a new album announced* and then, seconds later my gut says “yeah, 6 months away and on a Wednesday” and I remember who I stan and to not get my hopes up super high for a May 21st release

Better be for the giver! (Or subway) I wanted one for Good Luck Babe but that ship has sailed and I’d prefer a new song released

I genuinely don't understand how anyone could think this is the cover. For one, the ratio doesn't even fit an album cover two, she might make a lot of random choices for covers, but she isn't going to use a selfie. The album is 8 () 6 months away, so I'd assume the album cover isn't even shot yet. She did the exact same thing with Blue Banisters and people freaked out (rightfully so, that pic is cursed) then too, and then she surprised us with some of her absolute best covers.

I need her to post the real album cover ASAP because it's going to be a long 6 months of "this cover sucks"

The craziest thing about all of this is the first song she’s teased is the lead single and not an album track. I really hope we get Henry this year! I do have a feeling “two songs before the end of the year” turned into “two songs before Stagecoach” so if we have to wait until around February for new music I wouldn’t be totally surprised

Luke is calling this album “some of the most creatively fulfilling music I’ve ever been apart of” on instagram

I'm already crashing and I have the feeling this isn't real it's giving RCS announcement (despite having more info like producers and the number of tracks) but it being released on a random Wednesday is giving red flag that it's not real/accurate. Time will tell I guess

well Stagecoach is April 25th... so probably April 23rd

I saw a tweet or something saying Taylor was surprise dropping an album December 6th, and while I still don’t fully believe it, Kendrick surprise dropping an album, also produced by Jack, gives me slight hope maybe we are getting something

I do think her stage fright has gotten worse, but I wouldn’t say it’s due to any one thing in particular! When she was just starting out she sang her songs very weirdly and with pride (think 2012 million dollar man) and she did a lot of shows with smaller crowds and sounded fantastic! I think the bigger her crowds get the more nervous she gets. For La to the moon she incorporated the dances into her set so she wouldn’t be on stage alone, and since then she’s added A LOT more dancers and background singers. Even this year at Coachella, you could tell she was nervous, but I don’t blame her! I’m pretty sure this year she’s performed in front of more people than she ever has, and I think that would make anyone nervous
