Lana actually has more chance of winning a Grammy in the Pop categories. Alternative voters have been notoriously misogynistic. In the 32 years history of Best Alternative Music Album category, only 1 female artist (Sinéad O’Connor) won the award lol before 2015. Bjork, Fiona Apple, Tori Amos were all horrendously snubbed. Recently, things have been changing due to criticisms. Still, Lana has more chance in the Pop categories. Side note: the same thing with Alt radio. Lorde was the first female artist in 17 years to top the Alt radio chart back in 2013. Insanity. Pop voters/categories have way more respect for female artists actually. It’s always been this way.

I bought a movie ticket, so I’m allowed to pirate/bring a camcorder to the theater/record and share the movie online teas. That’s how delulu and DERANGED that is. I’ve never seen a fan base more obsessed with leaks. I’m somewhat indifference in regards to her unreleased material leaking (even that is questionable because people pay thousands of dollars for songs to leak in these trade groups and for what? You’re not supporting the artist or producers at all. You’re just funding these leakers). Anyway, as for her official material? I’m praying everyday the album WON’T leak. Not just for her streaming stats which will be destroyed if it leaks this early but her as an artist. Her artistic vision and integrity which people and her own fans do not respect these days despite her dissatisfaction of leaks through multiple tweets in the past and even recently posting videos telling people NOT to listen to them.

There were many new releases last Friday too (every Friday actually). It didn’t affect the song at all. In fact, it increased on Thursday and Friday last week.

Then what caused the decrease when it was stable for like 2 weeks straight. Got a better explanation?

I mean yes, but the problem is that there were new Lana songs out (not on Spotify). It kinda accelerated the drop off rate causing a huge decrease in streams literally the day those songs were available.

Notice how it tanked the exact day leaks started happening (Day 17). Leaks don’t affect sales/streams my a$$. Day 17 is also the billboard thing. You would think the promo would help A&W, but there were other songs competing. Unfortunately, none on Spotify.

Kali Uchis (which opened for her tour, mind you) released her album the same day: *crickets. Morgan Wallen racist hillbilly ass: ❤️.

She’s not beating the racist allegations I fear. I don’t understand. She does not want to be seen as a racist, yet she continues to do sh*t like this. What is wrong with her? QFTC happened after the Grammys. Lana attended an award show. This happened after the billboard thing. I see a pattern.

A&W doesn’t give Norman at all. The first half sounds like Ultraviolence and the back half is what I wanted Honeymoon trap to sound like which Rick Nowels and his homosexual intern failed to do. Honeymoon trap beats were so wack too soft not enough bass and the same click almost every song.

TikTok is not the problem. It’s just another way to consume music. It’s honestly a great medium reviving a lot of old songs. I think streaming is partly to blame why songs are getting shorter. Spotify mainly. Paying artists based on play counts. Songs only need 30s played to count. It is visibly causing the industry to shorten songs to get more play counts. That system needs to be revamped quickly. Youtube does the same for views (30s count as a view), but they have their engagement system to counter this so it doesn’t encourage that kind of behavior. Long fully engaged views pay the content creators more. There’s no such system on Spotify and that’s a huge problem. The pay rate for Spotify is exactly the same whether it’s just 30s played or the full song.

No, it didn’t. The release date is March 3rd. It’s out in many countries. A leak of Lana’s caliber would be at the beginning of February .

I know this has been said many times. Why does it always happen to Lana? Snow On The Beach was also the first song of Midnights to get leaked. This needs to be seriously investigated. Death Penalty/Capital Punishment/Hanging Jail time is needed like.

A lot of albums leak a week early which is standard except for Taylor’s albums which rarely leak or very close to release like one or two days early. Those don’t really have huge negative effects on sales. The timing of the leak definitely matters tho not the leak itself. Almost every album leak a head of time. It’s just like how early is it? Early leaks are never good. This is definitely the earliest a Lana album has ever leaked. A month out is insane. Ava max album bombed recently because it was leaked very early (2 - 3 months ahead of official release). I’m sure there are other examples. As for Dealer, it was a low quality leak. Everyone was still hyped to listen to the HQ released version. And there’s a big difference between snippets, LQ leak, and a full HQ leak LOL. We need to pray for her streams.

The leaker deserves death penalty/capital punishment/hanging jail time. I’m so serious . This is going to ruin her debut streams I fear. It’s just too early . This has to be the earliest her album has leaked.

So Miley album comes out next week and there’s no leak. Lana is leaking a month in advance .
