I don't really think it's auto-tune. I'm sure there's some sort of vocal effect there, but it doesn't sound like auto-tune to me.

Lana Considering a Re-Release of 'Ultraviolence'
Mafiosa replied to HEARTCORE's topic in Latest News
UV doesn't even need a continuation, though. I feel like there was nothing more to after those sixteen tracks because they were all very honest. I'd much rather want a whole new body of work that narrates a different story of her life. UV shouldn't be dragged out like BTD was - I don't even think it has the accessibility to mainstream music that BTD did, therefore a re-release would most like be a flop. -
Yes, GAR is under appreciated.

I used to love Brooklyn Baby, but I hate it now. It's just impossibly annoying, and I can't place my finger on it.

I love how natural and raw this period of Lana's music was. No elaborate production, just her pure talent and an acoustic guitar backing her up.

I thought of Mahi Mahi as well when I first heard this song. Honestly, though, this song is everything and more. I think the meaning is similar to Cola, though.

When did Lana say that? I don't remember her speaking about Marina ever. Anyways, I think they're really different artists and I don't think a collab between them would work. Marina's songs are usually trying to say something bold or send a message, while Lana writes for herself. What would the song even be about? Their voices are also very unlike each others'. I don't think they're complementary. They're styles also differ sonically. Each one's production is different. They just wouldn't fit together, imo. I am a huge fan of both, though.

Hopefully not Cheryl Cole...

They're cool! Do you have any more? + It must be hard creating cover art for every single song

"Coca Cola kid, roller coaster child, you're my everything, give me that baby doll smile" - Hawaiian Tropic It's just so heartfelt and melodic. Love that part

I loooove it when she says, "I've been workin' everyday 8 to 9 and servin' coke and fries at the movie blue drive-in" in MMITPM
