I know this is a fake tracklist but on a serious note I  think " Pink Geraniums " could be a possible album title. She is telling her story on this album & a pink geranium got planted the day she was born. Would be cute though 
And I think Running With The Wolves could be a lyric or a song name , like the way she worded  that one caption "(...) Till then I'll be running with the wolves " ( it was sometime in March) sounds like a hint & would be a nice reference to COTCC title track & mv.
And I can see Blue Banisters actually being one of the last three songs on the album
