The company that produced/owns the rights to it was a subset company under MTV, but they shut down before ever airing or releasing it.  She talked about it before in her favorite place to spill “tea”… in the comments under a instagram post

edit (extra context): she said that the CD's were a limited run done with/by people she has since fallen out with and that the CD's are never going to be repressed
also the golden age CD was already out of print by the time inbred was released (which also went out of print) so that's why they were included - it's not really any different from AKA being included in masterposts and hayden even had the inbred tracks posted online at one point
