Hi all, I took a 6 hour road trip yesterday to give the album a couple of listens straight through. I cant focus at home so I don’t really get the full experience. While I’m in the car, I get to give the music my (almost) full attention. I’ll keep my review of the released songs short since they’ve been talked about so in depth. You know what, I totally see your point of view on this. I’m personally a big fan of Lana’s raw vocals but I can see how after the last two albums it can be a little tired. I think we will get a nice transition from her raw vocals on Side A to some more meticulous and deliberate vocals on the later sides

I’m just happy that I get to listen to a new song that I love while going through this dumpster fire whereas others get to implode in silence

This checks out with the whole “giving fans what they deserve”

I feel like the “ahh ahhhs” in the last 30s of The Grants is very reminiscent of another song from BTD (or honeymoon?) era but I can’t pinpoint which one

All my music is on my phone and I don’t dislike the intro enough to go onto my computer and do it so I will just stay giggling with the girls during my break to catch my breath after yelling the rest of the song
