Texas Roadhouse must be one of her favourite restaurants since this is the third fan sighting at the chain in the past year and a half. She’s previously visited the restaurants in Alabama & Utah! x

A full photoshoot and album booklet with photos of Lana herself in different outfits (NOT random pics). Custom typography. Dolby Atmos mixes. Signed editions. At least a mini press tour. Magazines. A music video on release day.

Her management: she runs the show, she has full control.
Lana for an interview (was it the Vogue Italia? Can’t remember ): my label and I were very excited about what we had recorded. 
Some alleged insider reports: it was too boring, Interscope made her rework it.

I actually liked the song. But it made me wonder if she was getting more yawns than excitement on Lasso from her label, and that's why she scrapped it.
 
With the stripped-back Chemtrails and BB kinda flopping compared to her other records, maybe they all just kinda went "okay, this ain't working, we need another AW or Tough on this thing, and less stripped back ballads. But then who knows.

every time I re-enter this thread it feels like it needs a seance or something when we never really got anything solid. and I don't know whether or not that's kinda sad or not. 

but what I do know's that I'm ready, been ready, to connect to some new perspectives from new music. ready to understand and listen to what kind of worlds are to be shared. 

and I'm dreaming of enjoying southern gothic in the winter, but I guess right now the only southern gothic's the void that's this thread

Guys don’t expect anything till next year, album is looking towards spring and I wouldn’t count on a single till early next year (January possibly?)

imo there’s no way we’re getting the album in spring. it takes 6 months to release an album from the moment it’s done because of mastering and pressing vinyls. if the album came out next spring, it would have to have already been finished by now, which is definitely not the case
she said pretty much the same thing late october as she did mid-august (about not being sure where the album was going). before she even masters the album, she’s going to have to figure out where it’s going, then write and produce the songs, then she might rework them as she always does… not to mention she’s pretty busy with her private life. i would be surprised if the album was completed within 6 months from now. and then it takes another 6 months to master/press it.
 
i’m sorry guys there is literally no way it’s coming before late 2025, it’s impossible given the state of the album atm and how long it takes to master it and press vinyls. and we’ve never gotten anything in advance with lana, it’s usually the other way around  expecting the album before late 2025 is setting oneself up for disappointment but i feel you and i wish she would’ve just released the album she announced a year ago 

100%. This is not coming out anytime soon. Spring? Forget it. 
 
She's still cooking. So, by the time she's collated enough songs, moved away from country with the production, mastered everything, pressed it, it'll be another 6 months at least.
 
At best, we get a single by February/March. At best. 
 
Let's just pray she doesn't become pregnant with an alligator baby because that will delay it even more, and alligator babies are not easy to deliver lol.
