"Mike Hadreas, also known as Perfume Genius is a singer/songwriter from Seattle, Washington, US. Perfume Genius began when he moved from New York to his mother’s home in Everett, WA. In these relatively isolated conditions, Hadreas felt a compulsion to make music and began composing fragile yet brutally honest songs on the piano. By 2008 he had set up a MySpace page and began offering his music there, along with similarly spare and evocative homemade music videos. Turnstile released the single Mr. Peterson — the tale of a suicidal, pedophile high-school teacher — in 2009. Perfume Genius’ full-length debut, Learning, which presented its tracks in the order in which they were recorded, arrived and released on June 21, 2010." New album Too Bright out September 23! Anyone?

LANALYSIS: Relating Songs To Known/Assumed Relationships
Sitar replied to Sitar's topic in Lana Thoughts
Good find! Reminds me of "Birds of a Feather" - You were from LA but you were all there. I imagine to lil small town May Jailer, San Diego was a part of LA Also he's sort of punk rock! So K had blue hair and photographed nuns? Maybe he was a little teenage drug dealer shithead instead of a big bad mafia badass, with blue hair, and they both just got too far into it after high school. And Arthur Lynn is from Greenwich, Connecticut--a fact we've determined and held onto because of it's important in "Axl Rose Husband" (Greenwich, I need you) and other interviews where she mentions "Diet Mtn Dew" being about a trip to Greenwich. Yes! Both are said to be about "violent love", and "Video Games" is about two people--one the subject of "Yayo" and the other the subject of a more domesticated life (Mike). -
I watched these videos thinking they were a Neighbourhood ripoff and it turns out these guys opened for them

So no topic today? I've deleted Cloud Aura from it and moved all the track numbers back one as a result...+ different artwork. However, original quality, so I'll send it to you and you can change it as you see fit

Keep it light on Charlegend, guys. If you guys think he is fat, I shudder to think what comments I'd get if my sister got famous But if he needs to work out...hayyy

Looking doper than all of us while working out: Offering paparazzi or probably some random interviewer a preview of her next album of the generation: Family resemblance in her and her brother Charlie's belly button:

Hey, she looks really good in Royals. Although I like the other version better because it seems more authentic to what she intended.

1. Only bc you don't like Marina 2. Madrigal's become one of those people about Azealia... Their dual witch aesthetics are begging for a collab, SORRY 3. I didn't know that about Danny Brown, so much for staying up to date 4. You don't like Grins so you are wrong. 5. They haven't met Charli...yet How did they get connected with Sky? Prob Ariel. Matter of time

Oh my GOD, "I'm On Top" is so good! Okay, children, time once again for an official I Will tracklist speculation HEARD - Ain't Your Right - Everything is Embarrassing* - Ghost*/** - I Can't Say No to Myself - I Will - I'm On Top - Lost in My Bedroom* - Love in Stereo - One Man Show - Pretty Dull - Sad Dream* - Werewolf (From Waist Down) - You're Not the One - 24 Hours UNHEARD - Boys - Broadway Life for Me - Choke - Cecil Diamonds - Gloves - Home Sweet Home - I'm Not Alright - One Way to Heaven - Rancid Girl - Swamp Girl - Teen Witch and Werewolves - Wild at Heart * Studio version ** Debunked (by @ or otherwise) *** Unlikely Help me with labeling the unlikely songs. Also if there are better quality videos to pair with these. For instance, no SXSW vids for ICSNTM seem to be on YT. Go ahead

I like both choices. "Grins" with Sky would have been great and I need some kind of witchy anthem with Azealia Banks. Since she sang with Sky, previously planned a collab with Azealia, and actually released a song with someone like Marina, these tumblr wet-dream pairings seem actually plausible. Also either her or Sky (or both ) needs to get with Vampire Weekend on an Ariel Rechtshaid song and create fucking ~*~magic~*~

PM me! I think Tennis Court can be called the lead single, so I'd bet it's on there. Probably not Swingin' Party, though. - Love Club EP track - Tennis Court - Glory and Gore - Buzzcut Season - 400 Lux - Ribs Ugh these titles, they're all so her, it's getting me really pumped. Can't wait to see what else there is. PS someone's hoarding the tumblr URL "buzzcutseason" so I had to resort to using hyphens

Lana Del Rey Interviewed By Electronics Beats Magazine
Sitar replied to sweetlana's topic in New Interviews
Perhaps she's just a normal American whose limits of her language are the limits of her world and dgafs about those semantics That's all -
Yes tbh I listen to More Adventurous the most so far but I need to fully immerse myself in more of their work. For instance, haven't quite gotten into Rkives yet.

Strip her down to her bare ass In her kinky mom pant ass Kiki Montparnasse

Kinda like "Illusions Of" Would easily fit in Super Ultra if I felt like expanding it. "Interior" is one of Charli's best song and the rest of you are wrong.

Looks great!
