bare in mind we don’t actually want the conservatorship terminated yet, we want Jamie removed as conservator and another new conservator brought in, then the conservatorship can be terminated as a whole later on . doing it this way will leave jamie without any money and will also force him to hand over all documents relating to the conservatorship , making it much easier for rosengart to investigate and bring charges . so don’t be disheartened if the conservatorship isn’t terminated today . jamie being removed would be a much better outcome
