Looks like some indie record stores in the US have announced they'll be giving away copies on "glitter" vinyl (probably clear pressed around glitter), much like the white copies of DC. I think Winona Ryder is pretty much confirmed for LP2. Her whole interview with American Rag was about the next album so I would assume that she would only do Winona Ryder if it was going to show up on the album

She's really honing her sound well. I wash scared after Amethyst that she had lost her edge. The solo version was a lot better imo

It could've been worse. It could've been that What Do You Mean/Often/Young God mashmess-up she did

I feel kind of bad because although I like him, (imo) he'll never top the No Diggity cover which is absolute perfection My personal favorite of his originals is 1998 but I much prefer Thinking In Textures as a work than Built On Glass which I found to be kind of bland and disappointing at points. I hope he hones his sound a bit better for the next record

IWGB was a weird cover for her. Its a very shouty song which doesn't fit her style at all

Since we've had this one since June, I'm less taken back by it. Still a fantastic cover tho

The video felt very rushed

She's mentioned cocaine in interviews along with weed but she's only ever she explicitly stated that she's had problems with painkillers and alcohol

Her voice has always been like that, her music now is just more vocally strenuous so it comes out more. If I'm correct, she was only taking pills (specifically narcotic painkillers and xanax) which wouldn't have much of an effect on her voice.

What does she do all day that her schedule is too busy to film a music video for a song thats been done since March?
