  1. I’m thinking the “tour” is more a string of festival dates. I don’t foresee an actual LDR tour this year. I wouldn’t mind being proven wrong though!
  2. DLT

    Pink Champagne

Fuckkkk. Wow! This is so good.
  3. Church is serving Judah interlude to me. Ominous and kind of foreboding and provocative. Definitely matches the albums art/aesthetic.
  4. My indie and target variants arrived today. Amazon, standard black, and white vinyl all shipped and scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Also the shirt and cd box set! Looking back I really wish I had snagged all the cassettes when they were up. They were so cute. I do have a standard cassett on way too though. The indie and retail exclusive vinyls really slay though. Ready to get my black one so I can do a proper listen
  5. Am I crazy or wasn’t there several posts about Variety doing a ranking and placing COCC as #1? I just ask cause the variety ranking I came across this morning was completely different. I wonder if they edited or if maybe another writer dropped a different ranking.
  6. Fingers crossed it doesn't. I hope physicals have been give priority in targeted markets tbh, US and UK. I'm not sure if that is the case though. That said I am in US and all of mine have shipped. Just snagged another couple too. I wasn't going to get cassettes but I did lol.
  7. Mine has shipped. I believe got notif thursday. I am in the US for reference.
  8. The one I agree on is Margaret. The others I will overlook since we are on same page with Margaret lol. I really feel like it is overhyped. Idk it just doesn’t do much for me. Weakest track on the album. I skip it when it comes on. Just doesn’t feel very Lana to me. I can’t explain it. To each their own though. Maybe it will click one day but I don’t think so lol.
  9. It is definitely very heavy on the cross references more so than normal. Very interesting. I actually really appreciate it. I think it helps pull things together a bit.
  10. I get the comparisons (several have compared the two) but for me LTLI has something very special that TNC lacks. It has this sensuality and magnetism that wasn’t really there on TNC. In short TNC wishes it were LTLI lol. Def a top song on the album.
  11. her singing the opening though... I cannot explain it but it is kind of evoking the same feelings that Handmaid's Tale does for me. Definitely heavy, ominous, and more than what's on the surface.
  12. I haven't read the whole thread yet and just saw this. First thoughts, fucking love it. It is serving Interview Magazine video from a couple years back. A little unsettling/unhinged. Especially as the more screen tests went on. It is definitely a taste of a longer vid to come, I would hope so at least. Idk either way really love this, it's very beautiful and interesting.
  13. Grandfather Fingertips Let The Light In Fishtail AW as always subject to change.
  14. Just got shipping notification for my indie, yayyyy! I was really hoping I’d have one of the variants by release day but at least they have all shipped.
  15. I know it has been a favorite for many but for me personally, you spilled lol.
  16. The retail one really is SOOO pretty. I think I may prefer the cream tint to the more true white tone. That said I think a creamier tone wouldn't match that variants packaging. Excited for both to get here! Thanks for sharing.
  17. Sat in the shower, gave myself two seconds to cry, it's a shame that we die.
  18. I think the white webstore exclusive and picture discs will be the most sought/rarest variants. Lol I agree the webstore one for me isn't my fave but I am glad I got it. I do love the inside gatefold. Just not the hugest fan of the cover photo. I wish another would have been used. If you are debating getting a variant just get the one you like most regardless of its rarity. All that matters is if you like it and it adds something to your collection.
  19. I love this album and definitely think it is going to end up being a career defining one for her even if retroactively. Kind of how BTD was a bit ahead of its time. I can see this having a similar progression. Not necessarily to that extent because BTD was a complete overhaul of the music landscape. Just more so an album that isn't as appreciated upon initial release but will later be assessed as one of the staples in her catalog. I think from a fan perspective many get it but the critical standpoint is obv a little more divisive.
