oh, the rehearsal version with the Rich Whores? no, not talking about that version. I'm talking about the first demo of Disco from the sessions with disco/let my hair down. but, thanks for reminding me of that version! I'd forgotten it that's something I'm still unsure about. we have a demo of Pawn Shop Blues, but I don't think anyone knows if it's the same one that was posted to her Myspace or not. perhaps some of our more knowledgeable members know? @evilentity @Eclipse @HeadBitch and anyone else who seems to know these things might know

Turns out I was able to answer at least one of my questions: The versions of 'Disco' and 'For K, Pt. 2' uploaded to Lizzy's Myspace are likely the same ones uploaded to her 'Lizzy Grant and the Phenomena' ReverbNation account: the first demo of 'Disco' (4:04) and the 'Rehab' demo of 'For K, Pt. 2'. There goes my hope of another version of 'Disco' floating around somewhere Also, is there any way someone could find out more about any connection Lizzy had to the NY Clique Go-Go Dancers? It could be nothing, but I do find the fact that she had them added interesting, considering some of the rumors concerning Lizzy's past as an exotic dancer

I'm a diehard fan of Chuck's work with Lana-- especially the early Lizzy shoots, but all of it is so great. Chuck always touches on what feels like territory Lana doesn't explore with other photographers as much-- don't know if I can explain that, besides to say that Chuck's photos always feel as if there's another dimension to them, to me. (I also love Neil and Naomi Shon tho, for the record)

Could this line be "Summer hell and summer stranger"? That's what I've always heard, and it makes more sense to me than hail. Besides, I've always felt "summer hell" was much more evocative of the song's air of desperation

I'm a little late to the game here, but @Eclipse posted some very interesting information that pertains to AKA in his info post. I've also included a couple facts pertaining to Steven Mertens, David Kahne, and a fact about a possible stage name of Lana's at the time of recording. Info like this (especially like the tracklist info, imo) reveals that this period in Lana's life still has so much left to uncover and enjoy! Thank you @Eclipse
