if NFR actually gets scrapped... which is looking all too possible unfortunately (tho this is just delusion too since the real Tea is that we have no info at all either way). but if it does, it'll join the ranks of the-best-albums-that-could-have-been-but-never-were like Smile by the beach boys or Black Gold by Jimi Hendrix or Jeff Buckley's second album :/

I don't think the album is scrapped. I think they are planning a release for a Friday where there is less competition.

 

At the end of the day, Interscope wants to make $$ and all of her albums have scored #2 or #1 spots on Billboard and I think they still want that.

 

Between Miley, Katy, upcoming Madonna album, Taylor - there is a lot happening and I think they are trying to find the right time.

 

Normally this wouldn't be a problem except Lana teases music as if it's coming out right now and then it's months and months and months later.
