I have a version of Without You and it's not like the demo. It's 3:09 and it sounds like an early live Lizzy track. It has a country twang in it.

I don't know if we know the 'official' outtakes for Born To Die, but I know that Starry Eyed, Hollywood and JFK were intended for Paradise.
